This apartment has been decorated and equipped to make you feel at home. With high-speed internet of 250 Mbps, you will always stay connected, making it ideal for remote work, streaming, or web browsing. The double bed ensures peaceful nights, while the kitchen is equipped with all the essential items, such as a refrigerator, iron, electric oven, 4-burner induction cooktop, microwave, sandwich maker, and blender.

In the living room, you can relax and watch a movie on an amazing 70" Smart TV, settling into the double sofa bed. The pool is closed indefinitely due to an issue with the protective barrier, caused by the heavy rains and strong winds that recently occurred in the city.

The condominium's pool and gym are freely accessible during your stay in the apartment and for common use. The condominium also provides common areas such as a barbecue area and a party room with a gourmet area that can be reserved in advance, subject to payment of the utilization fees set by the condominium.

The pool typically closes on Mondays for treatment, but the condominium administration may close it on other days of the week for maintenance.

During the period of Salvador's Carnaval, the use of the parking space is restricted, and it is not possible for guests to use it. The reason is the vehicle circulation restrictions imposed by the Salvador City Hall.

The communication with guests is done as promptly as possible to make them feel welcomed, both through the platform and by phone.
