The apartment features a comfortable living room equipped with air conditioning, a 50" smart TV, a sofa bed, blackout roller blinds, a wardrobe for storing clothes and suitcases, and a face mirror.

The master suite is equipped with air conditioning, blackout curtains, a 33" smart TV, a side table with a lamp, as well as an electric iron and ironing board.

The second suite has air conditioning and blackout roller blinds, while the bathroom features a window and electric shower.

The ensuite bathroom includes an exhaust fan, hair dryer, and electric shower, providing everything needed for a comfortable and functional stay.

The kitchen is fully equipped and functional, with a dining table and chairs, four-burner induction cooktop, refrigerator, water purifier, oven, microwave, sandwich maker, air fryer, blender, electric coffee maker, capsule coffee machine (3 Corações), and a set of cookware, offering convenience for meal preparation.

The laundry area includes a washer and dryer, sink, and drying rack, ensuring greater convenience during your stay.

2 parking spot available. The use of the garage is on a first-come, first-served basis. Once the maximum capacity is reached, you will not be allowed to park your vehicle inside the building's garage.

During the period of Salvador's Carnaval, the use of the parking space is restricted, and it is not possible for guests to use it. The reason is the vehicle circulation restrictions imposed by the Salvador City Hall.
