Great House
Great location and great set up. Three separate sleeping areas. Upstairs master was quite large. The other two were average. Living area was a little small but adequate. Stairs were rough on my knees and there was a lack of pots and pans for cooking. Overall we had a great stay!

Perfect location in SLC
Walking distance to the state capital and downtown. Very nice, quiet neighborhood. The house was perfectly clean, well-stocked, spacious, and comfortable. Highly recommend as long as stairs are not a problem. The multiple levels add to privacy of bedrooms.

Great location. Property was very clean. Parking was in the street but they give you a parking permit and we never had any issues finding a spot directly accross from the house. We would definitely stay again.

Awesome location and excellent property
Couldn’t ask for a more convenient location! We were attending March Madness at the Delta Center and this spot afforded us easy access to downtown and the surrounding area. Wonderful communicative hosts as well. This is a great spot!

Beautiful Home with Perfect Location!!!
My son is relocating to Salt Lake City from Texas and this house was perfect for our needs. The house was clean and has everything you could ever need. The location can't be beat!!! The Capitol is just steps away with hiking trails behind it. It was cozy and we got to spend quality time together before he moves. We will definitely be back!!!

It IS the best location!
Someone has been watching HGTV. House was remodeled beautifully. There were ample supplies normally not found in rentals (detergents, spices, paper products and especially coffee w/filters). Had a self inflicted issue with HVAC. Sent text to Kyle who immediately went online and reset thermostat. Best rental experience to date.

Utah Visit
Kyle’s place is in the perfect location. The only reason you need a car is if you’re going to visit places like Park City. It’s within walking distance to everywhere and if you don’t want to walk the city Tram is easy to get to and use. The house was great for three couples. Kyle was timely and responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely stay there again!

Cute as a button
This home was a perfect location for us as we moved our son into his dorm at the University of Utah. Great location just below the capitol building. Convenient to everything and was so clean and cheery. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Excellent!
Loved this vacation rental. It was so close to everything downtown, in a fairly quiet neighborhood. I loved the historic charm of this older home, and it has very classy upgrades. The only downside was that the plumbing was a bit lacking. Both showers drain VERY slowly, so you must stand in inches of water while you shower. The downstairs powder room sink barely drained. This was easily overlooked, however, because everything else was as-described, and fantastic!!

Cara, I wish you would have let us know about the plumbing during your stay. That’s a very easy fix but since we don’t shower there we don’t have a way of knowing this unless we get feedback from our guests. To give us a negative review after the stay is very disappointing.

Great location, great stay!
We had a great time in SLC thanks to the reliable comfort and cleanliness of our Vrbo. The only reason for the 4-star listing on accuracy is that it wasn’t totally clear that one bedroom was in the basement, and that it is an attached home (duplex). However, we had no issues once we checked in. Thanks!

Great Location
We stayed here for four nights and walked around the area each day.... to the capital and adjacent park....to Temple Square.... out for early morning coffee to different coffee shops each day....to a food court that had several nice places. The hill was a bit steep but not a problem. The home was very nice with upscale furniture, especially in the very large master suite. We would recommend it for its accommodations and location.

Amazing property!
This property was very clean and well appointed. The location cannot be beat. The Capitol and Pioneer Museum are 1.5 blocks away and only 4-5 blocks from all the shopping and restaurants at City Creek Mall. The host was wonderful for check in.

We couldn’t have had a better experience. Capital Hill has all of the amenities you need to feel at home while exploring Salt Lake City. The outdoor space is especially nice. Owner is professional and courteous, who went above and beyond to return an item we left behind.

Lovely house, great amenities, walk to downtown
We loved our stay in this beautiful home. Perfect for 4 women to have plenty of gathering and personal space. We asked for a blender and it was here when we arrived. Plenty of amenities (soap, paper towels and toilet paper) for the week. In walking distance of downtown, but bear in mind it is a steep walk uphill back to house. Only suggestions we have for improvements are to put some nonslip strips or a mat in the tubs since they are very slippery when wet. Also fans in the bedrooms would be nice for those of us who are hotter natured . Definitely would stay here again. Lovely property and great communication with the owners. Thank you!!!

Amazing house in SLC
Beautiful property in ideal location to enjoy what Salt Lake City offers. Three spacious bedrooms on three levels gave everyone plenty of privacy while the common spaces also felt large and inviting. I recommend highly. Cannot wait to return.

Scentsy Family Reunion
This property is an absolute quiet and beautiful getaway in downtown. One block from the capital building and a 10 min walk to the convention center and mall. The best of both worlds and perfect to come back to for a good nights rest. Highly recommend.

Amazing Location and House
I don't think our stay would have been as enjoyable if it had not been for this location. It is in a beautiful part of town and we had so much fun exploring the areas nearby. We took scooters up a nearby canyon that is meant for non-motorized traffic and enjoyed a beautiful park. The neighbors are very friendly and the house is very well stocked. I thought the street parking was going to be an issue, but it wasn't at all.

The only negative was the inside temperature. The heat was on with no way to turn on the air conditioner. When we went to bed at night, it was 78 in the house. Too hot to sleep. Otherwise, fantastic place! Would stay here again

Lovely home on the hill
77 Hillside is a beautifully restored and updated home on Capitol Hill. It is a lovely neighborhood to walk. I recommend going a different direction every day there are interesting things to explore and Parks to surprise you. As always everything is close and convenient when in Salt Lake

Unique property
My husband and I loved the mix of old & new--the property itself is a vintage home but the amenities are current. The location to the Capitol wouldn't be better--it's just one block away! We'd definitely stay here again, especially at this time of year when the cherry blossom trees around the Capitol are in full bloom.

Adorable and cozy
My family greatly enjoyed this hillside retreat after days of snowboarding and touring SLC. Amenities and inventory were sufficient, if not ample, and the price leaves us feeling we got more than we paid for. Driving home up State Street with the Capitol building looming large straight ahead was always a treat. We drove up the Cottonwood Canyon road to Brighton daily and SLC traffic is fairly tame. Street parking worked out better than expected. Overall this place was near perfection for my family.

Salt Lake Charm
This was our first experience in Salt Lake City. We truly enjoyed the location of the house. It's vicinity was close to the ski resorts, just a short walk to state capitol, and the downtown is very walkable with several nice shops and good restaurants. The house was very clean and perfect for our family. We will be back.

Great Location!
Our son attends the University of Utah. This house is a short drive away and very close to the Capital Building (less than 100 steps). The house was clean and decorated so cute! It had everything we needed. It felt like we were at home! The house is less than 45 minutes from Park City so we enjoyed 2 days of snowboarding. We loved the house and will hopefully be back soon.

Great home for early Christmas🎄

Christmas Vacation
LOVED this lovely duplex near downtown and the Capitol in the Avenues in Salt Lake City. Recently renovated - this home is welcoming, modern, and a well designed space to accommodate 4-6 adults. It is warm and perfect to enjoy the area. Created special memories here with family nearby. I will recommend highly in the future and look forward to returning. My concern is that it is so amazing that it will be difficult to book as so many others will find it and love it too!
