The Inn is located in downtown Salt Lake City and provides access to a broad range of businesses. But, this place lacks maintenance it has needed for a decade or more. I've never seen wallpaper curl on the edges. The place does not get cleaned thoroughly. Best thing is I don't think we picked up any bedbugs.

This hotel is a joke. I found a used condom in my bed, their were hookers hanging in the parkinglot, and the staff was not helpful at all. I sugest they close

It's the kind of hotel you book if all the other hotels are taken or too expensive. It was ok. The property and rooms was clean and acceptable. One thing i disliked was that you could not control the temperate in your room. They sealed off the thermostat.

It was close to salt palace, coffee, food and transportation. The room and bath were very clean. The bathroom was large but the room a bit small. Daily room service available. The elevator was fast but a bit creaky.

The two stars are because I saved some bucks, however, next time I rather spend a few extra bucks and have bettter experience. The lobby was a joke and zero costumer service attitude, I asked if they had tooth paste, the employee laughing saying “we ran out lol” not even sorry about it. Room was old and dirty. I had to unplugged the mini fridge every time I wanted to use the microwave. So inconvenient. The only nice people were the house keeping employees. And a least the sheets and towels were nice and clean.

Check in was very pleasant and efficient. The man working at the front desk was very welcoming and nice. The hotel was very quiet. The room very clean. The bed was especially nice. Which included some very comfortable pillows. Otherwise this is your basic lower Budget hotel. Includes amenities like a refrigerator, microwave. Which I don't use. Enough outlets to plug in your various equipment. Small table. Didn't use the shower. But it looks small but adequate.

I was worried about giving a review until I got my $100 depost back. Blood splatter on the bathroom wall. Lots of bad remodel "fixes". My bed was broken at the headboard so I rolled into the middle. The elevator is not safe. I could go on. Not over 2 stars except location.

We tried several times before the key would work. Ironically, the room had a king size bed, but the shower door was 20" wide and the shower was no bigger than 36x36. The cash only deposit was ridiculous. Our cash was examined closely and put in an envelope with our name on it. It was returned the next morning without examining our room, so I don't see how this is a security deposit.

Hello sir, We have a standard size for the room and the the shower for a king size bed. The key has a way to use so the front desk is always there to help you. The security deposit is always given after checking the room. Housekeeping must have checked the room before front desk gives back the deposit. Desperately in need of repair
Great location and hot shower. However everything needs maintenance and a deep cleaning. Holesamd scrathes in walls, stains on walls and doors, holes in comforter, broken window blinds, scum on shower door, handprints on mirror, paint peeling off shower tile (why was the tile even painted?), cold air seeps in quickly around door, trash in parking lot, cigarette butts everywhere. In need of remodeling, deep cleaning, and regular maintenance.

Watch for falling paint chips.
This hotel needs help. To say this property is dated would give it more credit than it deserves. This hotel needs to be torn down or completely remodeled. The staff was friendly but that’s where this property’s positives stop.

They make you pay a $35 " early check in fee" if you want to extend your stay with them on Expedia. So they would've made me leave the room I was already in, and come back at 3 if I didn't pay $35

The linens and bed were surprisingly clean and comfortable but the entire room smelled like deep cigarette. Like the kind smoked without filters. The back of my bathroom door had what looked like blood smeared on it. The water pressure in the shower was decent but would not get hot, only slightly warm.

Get what you pay for.
Room was ok. Was not the cleanest. Just overall not very clean. Beds were actually pretty comfortable. It was an old building and I don't feel like the pictures online show how dingy it really is. One of those times where you get what you pay for so I can't really complain. If you need a place to sleep and aren't super picky then I'd say it's good enough. If you have the extra $20-$30 to spend do it and you'll be happier. The front desk person was nice and one of the maids was helpful in getting my key card to work. It's an old building so don't expect too much.

Kinda worth it, but not.

Horrible Place. Entire place was dirty.
This inn has not been repainted or major clean in several years. Signs state no smoking or tobacco use on property. The long term people staying there ALL SMOKED. Pay the extra and stay somewhere else

the motel is super clean and maintained, if someone wants to smoke outside then we can not stop anyone from doing anything as smoking is legal outside anywhere!
