The property didn’t wow me but it was very clean, comfortable and I would certainly stay there again. Great location to Salt Palace and Delta Center. Right next to the City Creek Center. Easy walk to everywhere.

We stayed here for the connivence as we were going to The Hunting Expo. We have stayed here many times. The room was completely overpriced I’m sure because of the events happening with the expo. We had No hot water and no water at times. I tried to shower and the pressure kept shutting down to no water coming out and it would keep going cold when it did start back up. Very annoying. We won’t be staying here again! We will choose elsewhere for our stays in salt lake .

I’ll start off with the good. Close to shopping and it was clean. Bad: They couldn’t find our reservation so we couldn’t check in till they found it on the “backside”. It was so loud, you could hear the people outside talking all night, it sounded like they were in your room. You could hear the car driving and honking all night. Beds were hard and uncomfortable. Oh and you have to pay for parking. Would never stay here or recommend it.

We were there for a hockey tournament. Early games. We had to be up at 4:30 am to be out of there by 5:15 am. It was freezing in the room so I wanted a hot nice shower to wake me up. After letting the water run with dial on completely hot for 15minutes. The water was freezing. So I tried the sink. Same thing. I called down to front desk and she had no clue why. I said I paid $300 for this night and I can’t even take a warm shower? It was very frustrating. What little time I was at the hotel it appeared to be very nice and clean.

After a long walk to find it. (Luckily the name is in bright red letters on the hotel) The hotel was a friendly respite for me to relax a bit before moving on to my next destination. Which is college of course. So I needed the good meal and the rest. I appreciated the stay.

It was a special occasion so I got a room with a terrace overlooking the city. The room looked clean and smelled clean. I went to open the terrace door and it wouldn't budge. It weighed a TON and it was metal on metal on the bottom. The top of the door would tip a little when you pushed on it but it took two of us to SCRAPE the door open. We could barely get it closed. The rooms have been remodeled at some point but someone didn't get the memo to change out the doors. The shower was nice but the grout and sealant around the bottom were discolored and missing in some places. Just a heads up, they charge you for wifi, the cable channels sucked, and while they give you access to login to your Netflix account on the TV we were only able to get the option to work once during our stay. Parking is not free but unless you want to walk a mile to get to your car its best to park there. When I approached the staff about the issue in our room they did waive our parking charges which I appreciated. The rest of the hotel was nice and clean though the halls and elevators often smelled of cigarette smoke. We loved having such easy access to City Creek Mall. Great food and it's beautiful at Christmas time! Overall it wasn't a total bust, I just expected better for over $200 a night. I had to work so having access to their wifi would have been nice. If you want easy access to downtown then this is an option. Oh! and I highly recommend AquaTerra for dinner!!

So this is a beautiful hotel and very Scenic. The bed was super soft and They have room service and a gifshop but its super expensive. The tv has 50 channels ish, and it is not a smart tv. The tv glitches out some times as well. You can walk to almost every store, restaurant, or tourist location im sad you have to pay for parking and its not included in the stay. For anyone that is staying their its $23 usd per day and they have to hold money on a card even if its paid in full. If i could do 1 out of 5 its a 3.7
