Located at the mouth of Big Cottonwood Canyon minutes away from 4 major ski resorts (ALTA, SNOWBIRD, SOLITUDE AND BRIGHTON) and only a 30 minute drive to Park City and Deer Valley resorts. 15-20 minutes from the SLC International Airport. Amazing Views!

This was a great property! We stayed in the summer and the views were spectacular, and I can only imagine the views being absolutely stunning during the snowy months. Everything was as pictured and was pretty well kept. The beds and linens were very nice and comfy. If I had one small complaint, it would be that there were a few dead bugs in the window sills and along the edge of the walls on the carpet, but nothing live that I saw. Very easy check out, which was appreciated.

Great spot and quality condo!

This space worked great for our group. Bedrooms are thoughtfully spaced out to give a level of privacy that is not common. Living area is very nice and roomy. And linens and pillows were top quality. Very comfortable stay!

Christmas visit

We stayed here for a family Christmas visit. I’ve stayed many places before under vrbo and friends of ours that have Exclusive Resorts memberships. This condo was fantastic. It’s the little things that matter. Each bedroom had a his and hers robe. The pots and pans were stocked with even oven pots. The master had a makeup mirror. The property manager was great with communication. When we come back we will try to rest from them.

Amazing property!

This house has everything you could need to have a great and comfortable trip. We stayed with our extended family and there was more than enough room for everyone. The beds and linens were very comfortable and there were ample supplies in the kitchen. The hot tub was used daily by all of us. The location is super close to some great hikes and stores in town. Would highly recommend staying!

Spacious, Great Location, Easy Access

Had the pleasure of staying at RJ’s home for week ski trip with some friends. Felt right at home, the house was super clean, we were able to cook and relax in the hot tub after a day on the mountain to do it all over again. Two car garage with a boot warmer and space to set your gear up made it so convenient. Will definitely be staying here again for next year’s trip !!

Wonderful Condo

My husband and I had a long weekend at this Condo with 2 other couples and it was outstanding. It was very clean and stocked with a lot of household items. The bedrooms where spacious and the beds were all very comfortable with great pillows. The living area had lots of comfortable seating and a great tv for watching football. The condo is in Cottonwood Heights and there are several restaurants and grocery shopping close. It is also family friendly for those with kids or grandkids. I highly recommend this location, we will come back for sure!!!

Amazing!

We stayed at this beautiful condo in June 2023 and can we say just wow!! Everything from the most comfortable beds, very clean, double washer and dryers in the laundry area, extra linens and towels, little extras in the fridge and pantry…all of my family said “we need to rent this in the winter to ski” thank you again RJ for having us.

Great spot!

Communication with owners was fantastic. The house was clean and VERY well stocked. The double washers and dryers came in handy. Everybody in our group loved the house, and had no complaints. Also, the little touches like the personal welcoming note was really nice. I’ll def keep this one in my favorites for another group trip.

Exceptional for Skiers

This Cottonwood Heights condo far exceeded our expectations. The condo is incredibly spacious, with a very comfortable living room area, which includes a giant TV and a pool table, to hang out in and recap the day’s skiing. The hot tube is new and clean. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, including sharp knives, plenty of new cookware, as well as a large gas grill on the deck. We ate all our meals in the condo because the kitchen was a delight to use. All the beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the entire condo was spotless. I would highly recommend this condo with absolutely no reservations. Communication with the owners leading up the stay was timely and clear. We had no need to contact the owners during our stay. An ideal location to access the ski areas in Big and Little Cottonwood canyons.

Wow!

So two things to get out of the way here: First, I'm lazy and almost never leave reviews. Second, I was hesitant to book this property at first because it almost seemed too good to be true, was new to VRBO at the time of booking, and didn't have very many reviews. We took a chance and booked anyways. With all of that said here I am leaving a review, and to start off I want to say this place was amazing. The owners have done an excellent job with the remodeling, and furnishing of the unit. They thought through the things that guests even tend to forget. For example, we ran to the grocery store before checking in and forgot to buy coffee. When we arrived at the unit not only did they have coffee, but they had both K-Cups and drip coffee ready to go. Now let's talk about parking, we rented a large SUV with 4WD to make sure we could fit all our gear, and four skiers as we mountain hopped for the week. I can tell you we were able to fit a full-sized Chevrolet Suburban into the garage of the unit (it was a tight fit, but the location of the unit allowed for it while some of the neighboring units would not have). This unit is perfect for skiers, it sits between the base of Big Cottonwood and Little Cottonwood canyons, and it is less than a 20-minute drive to Snowbird, Alta, Brighton, and Solitude. We skied three of those four locations, and we even took a short 30-minute drive to Deer Valley as well. This is about as convenient as it gets for a location. At the end of the day, we dried out or boots on the boot dryer in the garage (a nice touch) and then enjoyed the well-kept jacuzzi. We likely will rent this property again.
