Sleeping Arrangements: - Bedroom 1 has a King bed - Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed - There is a twin size tri-fold memory foam floor mattress that can placed anywhere in the apartment to sleep a 5th guest
Due to the nature of apartments and proximity to I-15 guests may observe traffic noise, noise from neighbours, or foot traffic in the halls. While we do our best to mitigate the noise, some is inevitable. White noise machines, ear plugs, and fans are either provided or are available upon request. Complex Amenities: - Guests are expected to be respectful of residents, other guests, and physical amenities in the complex. - Unfortunately, no refunds will be issued if the pool or hot tub are closed for any reason during your stay. Periodically, the pool and/or hot tub get closed unexpectedly for repairs & maintenance or extra cleaning. We understand the disappointment if amenities are closed during your stay, but we have no direct control over the complex amenities or their availability. -Please note that the main Fitness Gym and all three hot tubs are not located in the same building as our apartments that you will be staying in. They can be accessed in the neighboring Skyline Peaks buildings. Two hot tubs are located in the “Blue Sky” building just across the parking lot, while the Fitness Gym, pool (seasonal) and one hot tub are located in the “Orange Sky” building and are a short walk or quick drive away. Your stay will be in the “Yellow Sky” building which has a yoga fitness center and Arcade/ Sports Lounge as part of the amenities. -All amenities require a key fob for access, which will be provided in your apartment. Guests are expected to return this keyfob at the end of their stay. If the keyfob is found damaged, missing, or otherwise not returned the guest will be charged with an expensive replacement fee. As mentioned, guests will need to step outside and walk or drive over to the hot tubs, but they are conveniently located within the Skyline Peaks community for easy access. -Once you complete your reservation an amenities map will be given prior to your arrival to show the locations of all amenities spread out amongst the three Skyline Peaks buildings.
Parking - Guests are required to park in the designated parking spaces or uncovered parking space. Unauthorized guests parking in the garage or covered parking space may be towed at the guest’s expense.
Check-in and Check-out times: - Check-in is after 4:00pm. Check-out is 10:00am prompt, unless late check out has been discussed and agreed upon in advance. Unapproved late checkout after 30 minutes e.g. check-out 10:30am or later will be charged an additional $50 per hour.
Quiet Hours: - Guests need to be quiet and respectful to their neighbors by not making any excessive noise between the hours of 10pm - 8am.
No Parties: - Strictly no parties, events, or unapproved gatherings on the premises. Fines of up to $100/unapproved guest may be charged.
No Smoking: - Please note this property is strictly a Non Smoking residence with no smoking, tobacco, vaping, or marijuana permitted inside the property. Any guest found not adhering to this rule will be issued a $500 fee without question, plus the cost of removing any smoke residue or damage to the property.
No Illicit Drugs or Activities: - Strictly no illicit drugs or activities permitted on the property.
No Pets: - Please note that pets are not permitted in this property. Any guest found not adhering to this rule will be issued a $200 fine per animal.
Cleaning: - We simply ask that you respect our property as you would for a close family or friend by maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout your stay. If the property is left excessively dirty and it is clear there was no effort to straighten up and leave the property in a reasonable condition, extra cleaning charges may apply.
Infant & Children Supervision: - Be aware that the kitchen and bathroom cupboards contain cleaning products, such as antibacterial sprays, washing powder/singles, etc. and there are no child safety locks on these cupboards so supervision of children is essential.
Trash: - A rubbish bin is provided in each unit as well as rubbish bags under the kitchen sink as well as Please place these bins in the hallway for collection according to the provided schedule so as to not let garbage overflow.
Broken or Stolen Property: - Guests will be held responsible for any damaged or stolen property, as well as any loss incurred during the term of your occupancy. These are to be reported as soon as it occurs and replaced and/or paid for.
Inspections: - The host can make an inspection of the premises upon demand.
Lost & Forgotten Items: - Before checking out, please do a thorough sweep of the property to ensure you are not leaving any personal items behind. Host cannot guarantee any items left in the property will be found and returned to you.
Noise - Due to the nature of apartments and proximity to I-15 guests may observe traffic noise, noise from neighbours, or foot traffic in the halls. While we do our best to mitigate the noise, some is inevitable. White noise machines, ear plugs, and fans are either provided or are available upon request. - While we understand the disruption, we can’t always offer refunds related to noise complaints in situations beyond our control.
