Amazing new 2BR unit 2 min from Big Cottonwood Canyon- located for ski access!

Location, location, location! This cozy two-bedroom unit (Apt #1) is part of a small (7 unit) apartment complex. It is fully decked out for your ski (or other) vacation! The location can't be beat- it is just off of I-215 and is only 2 minutes by car (1.1 miles) to the mouth of Big Cottonwood Canyon. If Little Cottonwood is your destination, you are only 5 miles from the mouth of the canyon. Park City is easily accessible by hopping on I-215. A parking space is available for your use. Don't have a car? The UTA ski bus to Big Cottonwood Canyon (Solitude and Brighton) literally stops outside your door.

This apartment is recently renovated with beautiful finishes and a full kitchen. Much thought has gone into providing everything you will need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Everything is clean and new. Two bedrooms with comfortable queen beds will help you rest up for your next day's adventure. If you need a crib, the unit is stocked with a Graco Pack n' Play. The living room has a comfortable sectional with a TV setup with Roku for your entertainment, as does the main level bedroom. There is high-speed Wifi included for your technology needs. If you would like to cook your own meals, we have a fully set-up kitchen for you with oven, dishwasher, full-sized fridge/freezer and microwave as well as all the miscellaneous kitchen tools you will need. We have a Keurig coffee maker with an assortment of coffees and cocoa. If you prefer to eat out, there are many excellent restaurants nearby (Porcupine Pub and Grill is one of our favorites)!

Cable TV is not available, but each of the 55" TVs is setup with Roku Guest access which will allow you to sign into your personal streaming accounts (including Netflix, Amazon video, Hulu, Youtube TV, etc) and will automatically log you out the day you leave.

You will stay comfortable with a thermostat you control- air conditioning in the summer and heat in the winter. Staying a while and need to wash your clothes? We have you covered- this apartment has a full-sized washer and dryer for your use, as well as an ironing board with iron.

We even have a wall-mounted ski rack to conveniently store your skis and poles. If you need a secure place to lock things up, there is a safe as well.

We highly value cleanliness. Each unit is thoroughly cleaned between guests. We set up our bedding so that the entire duvet cover and coordinated pillowcases will be washed between every guest, in addition to sheets and towels, so that no surface is shared.

Perfect Location

Great location for skiiing with new furnishings

Everything seemed to be brand new inside the place and it was very clean. There was a nice basket waiting with snacks which was a nice touch. We skiied at Brighton and the location was great at the base of the canyon about 25 mins from the resort. Super easy and very clean.

We had a great stay. The unit was very clean and well appointed. We had everything we needed to get started, a thoughtful basket of snacks, muffin mix, kireg cups of coffee and hot chocolate. Very convenient to restaurants and ski areas

Cute place with a responsive host

Very cute place and close to the canyon. Great communication and host. We had an issue with the thermostat, which was addressed very quickly. Short drive to lots of restaurants and grocery stores. The major negative for us which would have prevented us from renting this location had we known was the constant road noise. I just looked and it's not in the description or the other reviews. It is very loud all night with motorcycles and loud cars. I don't know if it's due to being near an intersection or the Exxon station as it's direct neighbor, but a lot of road noise if you are a light sleeper.

This was such a terrific place for a ski vacation! Pleasant clean place to stay. Near so many places to eat. Only 20 minutes from slopes. Owners were very responsive, would highly recommend this for anyone!!

Beautiful clean property. Perfect location for day trips to multiple ski resorts. Also convenient to many dining options. Great setup for our small family of 3. Jessica is a great host - very responsive to anything we needed while we stayed (although honestly the condo had everything we needed so our requests were minimal)

Great Location for Skiing

My daughter and I stayed here for a week long ski trip. Each day we visited a different ski resort. Location was great - 20-30 mins to Alta, Snowbird, or solitude, and only 40 mins to Park City. The property had a place for our skis inside the unit, and there were a number of restaurants within a 5 min drive. Also, it was very quiet while we were there - didn't hear any neighbors or traffic. I'd stay there again!

Amazing Stay and Trip

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The location was perfect with short drives to everything. The view of the snow covered mountains were priceless. Inside the home was very clean and well decorated and Jessica had us a basket of snacks and drinks which was an over the top nice surprise. The kitchen has everything you need. Unit 1 is a two bed 1 bath and both beds were very comfortable with quality sheets. Jessica checked in with us several times to make sure everything was going well. We will definitely book here on our next trip to SLC.

Perfect spot, exceptional host

Love this apartment! Conveniently located for both dining and entertainment, as well as outdoor recreation. If I could have given bonus stars for cleanliness, I would have! Spotless and very comfortable. The beds are firm but comfortable, everything you need is provided, including a great list of restaurants nearby and in the area, as well as a full assortment of Keurig coffees and snacks. The host was accessible and very helpful. Highly recommend!

As advertised, and more

The property is immaculate, well appointed and equipped for short (as ours was at 3 days) or longer stays. If you're a skier or boarder the location could not be better, the property is an easy commute to Park City (under 40 minutes) and even easier to the Big and Little Cottonwood Canyon resorts. There's also good restaurants nearby, if you prefer to eat out. Jessica was an excellent host. A five star stay on every level.

Spacious, convenient, and economical lodging if not staying at a resort

To keep costs down, we opted to stay in the SLC suburbs. Loved being close to Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons and the restaurants along Fort Union Blvd. The place was impeccably clean and the gift package of snacks and coffee was a very nice surprise.

Amazing apartment, great location

Stayed here for a month in Jan23, working remotely and skiing whenever possible. The accommodations are fantastic, new, clean, and very well furnished. Super comfortable for me and my guests were very comfortable in the loft as well. Fantastic location with easy access to big and little cottonwood canyon resorts and cottonwood heights neighborhood dining options. Would definitely stay again! Thanks Jessica for your hospitality

This rental was absolutely perfect! It was well equipped with everything from toiletries to kitchen supplies. The location couldn’t have been better for those that love to ski as it’s 25-30 minutes to Park City, Snowbird, and Alto while also being close to an abundance of restaurants and shopping venues.
