Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds and quality mattresses, ensure a restful night’s sleep. The bathroom includes both a bathtub and a separate shower, along with a sink and a separate toilet.

Outside, your spacious private garden is a secluded haven surrounded by beautiful shrubs and trees. *Check-out: between 8:00 and 10:00

*A deposit is required upon arrival before keys can be issued
*No refunds will be provided for late arrivals or early departures
*If you expect to arrive later, please inform reception before your trip
*In case of travel delays, an emergency number is provided in your arrival email

Deposit

*At check in, a deposit is charged of an amount depending on the type of villa.
*You pay the deposit at the reception, this can be paid by credit card. The amount is blocked (not debited).
*The block is lifted approx. 2 weeks after departure if no damage is found.
*If paid by bank transfer or cash, the amount will be refunded within approx. 14 days (IBAN required).

Pets

*Well-behaved dogs are welcome in designated villas
*Other villas are pet-free
*Please indicate allergies or if you are bringing a dog when booking

Rules for dogs in the park:
*Not allowed on beds, sofas, or chairs
*Any damage must be reported immediately
*Must be on a leash inside the park
*Walking dogs outside the park is required
*Owners must clean up after their dogs immediately
*Noise disturbance to neighbors must be avoided
*A nightly pet fee applies (shown in your booking overview)
*Proper documents (EU pet passport, vaccination, microchip) required
*An unauthorized pet will incur a fine per pet, per day
