Upon entering the hotel there is an odor. The room was dirty. There is urine caked around the toilet, The shower head is broken, curtain is ripped, shower door filthy, red chair has stains on it, tv horrible clarity, and bagels has mold on them. Will never stay again.

Stained carpets, noise from rooms above, noisy HVAC. Mattress needed replacement or at least rotation, had sunken place from use.

Bathroom was not clean. Hair and garbage were on the floor. They cleaned that. Walls were way too thin as a couple were arguing loudly most of the night. They did not stop until 3:30AM.

It was close to Wicomico civic center The room was descent for the night. The AC was very loud. Sounded like it was dying

The pipes made a god awful noise. No towels in the bathroom. The beds squeaked a lot.

Staff was friendly, breakfast was good, and place was clean. My King Suite room was much smaller than the picture. I wish it was clear there was no tub. My window faced a roof that was flooded from the rain. It was clear the drain in front of my window was blocked so all I saw lots of trash floating. It was very unsightly.

We had two adjoining rooms but could not use one of them because it was inaccessible. Apparently the door lock could not be opened. It was a bit inconvenient for us.

There was mold on the curtains. The beds were very squeaky. The WiFi was awful and not password protected. The staff was very unfriendly. I would NOT stay here again.

I did not like that the key stopped working one hour before checkout. The key should work until checkout. The TV does not have cable. Interesting. Save money on TV channels? Need to have list of channels accessible to guest to help find the tv station.

Room 202 There were several issues. The curtain had a big hole, the security latch was totally missing and the toilet paper holder was broken, so the paper kept falling on the floor.

While my next door neighbor played loud base music both nights after ten, the desk did respond and ask him to stop. The room was fine even though many scratches and dents in the bathroom. The pool where I took my granddaughter looked dirty on the bottom. The staff was very nice, though and overall it was okay. Didn't love the watery scrambled eggs and no meat, just thick "sausage" gravy.

Decent hot water. Great bed. Good work station. Nice desk staff. Room 317 windows fogged between glass panes...broken seal. Paint peeling above heat/ac unit. Great bathroom and hot tub inside room. I will stay here again.. great breakfast. Self serve, vut they have waffle station, fried egg pucks, bacon, yogurt, turnstile cereal, bagels, bread, one of the BETTER free hotels breakfasts ive seen. All the TV cable channels that i refuse to pay for at home. Watching junk cable tv reminds me i made the correct decision to dump pay cable.

The room was nice, reasonable in price, but the bed/mattresses were old/hard. Many "lesser' expensive hotels do not realize the importance of the bed. This is why were staying. To sleep! Put $$ in bedding, not whistles & bells. Thank you!
