~ Short stroll to morning coffee, happy hour and dining as well as the many charming shops, galleries, restaurants and night spots.

~Owner requires agreements to all waivers and releases associated with the use of the property prior to receiving check-in instructions.

Vacation ready with a fully appointed kitchen, towels and linens. Hand, dish and shower soaps are provided, as well as toilet paper, trash bags, salt and pepper and coffee filters. Bring your own laundry detergent, paper napkins and toiletries.

All guests are responsible for reading Welcome Book “Check-In and Check-Out instructions.

~Acceptance of the terms of the Rental Agreement and all Rental Policies is ASSUMED at the time of reservation.

**This home is rented for personal vacation use only. Any other use including large gatherings, receptions or parties is not allowed. Renters must abide by all rental terms and policies, as well as all local property covenants, restrictions, regulations and laws. Any evidence of smoking, pets, use of firearms, unauthorized use of property grounds, damage resulting from violation of rental policies, and/or excessive mess may result in charges up to $2000.00 to the Guest's credit card on file, as authorized by Guest's approval of the terms of the Rental Agreement and/or guest being asked to vacate the property immediately without a refund.

Reservations may be canceled more than 30 days prior to check-in with full refund minus a $125 Cancellation fee or a $75 Change fee if applicable. No refunds will be issued after this cut-off date for any reason. No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions.
