«This is a lovely hotel for relaxing & enjoying peace & tranquility of Salento The rooms are spacious lovely & super comfy beds & well cleaned every day The restaurant has a daily menu & food is great quality, my wife is Vegan and the staff & Chef made dinners for her every night!! The staff are absolutely awesome! Nothing is too much trouble for them they really are fantastic & worked hard to make our stay perfect for us Valentina Daisy Maria Marianna & Ricardo Thank you all so much!! »

Gerardo, de la réception, m'attendait avec ma chemise lavée et repassée à minuit, debout à l'entrée de l'hôtel !!!!! Wow !!!!! Le jardin, le restaurant, la terrasse, la piscine (avec plusieurs jacuzzis) sont tellement bien entretenus que tout paraît neuf. Le restaurant offre des plats de très belle facture. «Stunning grounds, fantastic castle and winery tour and wonderful warm and friendly people that are passionate about making your stay perfect. The simera wine tasting with lunch was ridiculously great value. Topped off by a really impressive sunset over the vines, it was like they arranged everything. We went very early in the season so we practically had the Scuderie to ourselves, and there wasn’t a wedding in the castle so it was totally peaceful. Beautiful place that makes beautiful wine!»

«We had a wonderful stay at this peaceful and beautifully restored masseria just outside Otranto. The setting is serene, surrounded by olive groves and close to the coast, with a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. One of the highlights of our visit was the fish set menu – fresh, flavourful and beautifully presented. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the whole experience felt authentically Salento. «Highly recommended, a very beatiful place and hotel. All of the staff were so nice, helpful and professional. Nice pool area for the warm summer days. We stayed there for two nights and had dinner in the restaurant the first night. Excellent food and service. It is easy to see why this restaurant has a Michelin star. I would definately come back to this hotel, but maybe not in the hottest summer months, since the airconditioning in the room didnt work properly. »

«We, a family of five, had a great stay at Masseria Stali! The rooms are clean and large. The breakfast was tasty with an added extra: you could make your own freshly squeezed orange juice. It was highly appreciated! But what we enjoyed most were the wonderful pool and the sunbeds in the shadow. We had two relaxing days there, and wished we could have stayed longer. »
