I am terribly sorry for your issue. Unfortunately we do battle sugar ants in the valley. We do have an exterminator spray frequently, but staying busy, it s a battle. I hope you will give us another opportunity.

Most people realize up until a certain time, you are going to have noise from children. It is a hotel and not a home, you can hear other people. We do apologize for the inconvenience.
