  • Plasseringen - Denne moderne svømme ut leiligheten ligger i Pacific Blue Resort på Salamander Bay. Pacific Blue har et stort basseng som bryter rundt feriestedet, dagspa, tennisbane (by-raketter), treningsstudio og oppvarmet basseng. Alle bare 400 meter fra Salamander kjøpesenter og en 10-minutters kjøretur til Nelson Bay, Anna Bay eller Shoal Bay.

    Leiligheten - En delt nivå leilighet med air condition, åpen planløsning nede. Flatskjerm-TV, DVD-spiller, CD-spiller og fører ut til balkongen med direkte tilgang til bassenget. Det moderne kjøkkenet har oppvaskmaskin, mikrobølgeovn, stekeovn og koketopp. Soverommet ligger ovenpå, med en king size-seng (kan ikke splittes) og en enkel sammenleggbar seng (ideell for et barn), et bad og en ekstra balkong med utsikt over bassenget. Pluss en intern vask med vaskemaskin og tørketrommel og offstreet parkering for en bil.

Amazing place

Place is amazing, very clean & very relaxing but also amazing for kids. Would recommend for anyone wanting to go away for a few days.

Great having the pool on your door step.

Was late April, pool was refreshing, spas were great. Definitely somewhere you should stay at least once.

beautiful location

Our apartment was fairly tidy and clean, reception staff were very friendly, there was toilet paper provided and fresh linen + towels. short drive to the beach and surrounded by many fun day time activities, very relaxing. Definitely will be coming back!

Room was amazing and pool facility. Only down side, room smelt very damp and mouldy.. once we aired it out it was amazing. Maybe get in and air them out in between stays.

Location location

Ideal location and ambience. Pool and spa were kept clean. Overall clean and neat. Shower leaked out under the bottom onto floor Fresh linen supplied. Make your own bed. Well equipped. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

One bedroom swim out villa

Beautiful location.Villa was dirty with bottle caps on the balcony and throughout the villa, under coffee table, in the drawers in the kitchen. Big out dated furniture.

Weekend Getaway

Didn't appreciate the bed not being made, and having to do it ourselves. No face washer with our towel set. Great location, restaurant and bar were lovely.

Great Place for Family Hoilday

Beautiful location. Very clean and tidy apartment. Unfortunately there is some brokenblinds which need to be fixed. People can see in apartment. Not good fo4 changing purposes.

Not happy

It was very expensive for what we got it had broken shutters n weeds growing on the patio cigarettes butts and kitchen lacking in basic equipment no soap no shampoo n we had to make our own bed on arrival

Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. The apartment was very dirty and clearly not properly cleaned. There were spider webs everywhere, even inside the apartment, which made it feel unhygienic and uncomfortable. The bed was uncomfortable, making it difficult to sleep. Because of these issues, we decided to leave the apartment before our due check-out date. Overall, the accommodation was not worth the money paid, and we would not recommend staying here unless major improvements are made.

The pool was great shops are very close in walking distance the staff at the place were amazing room needs to be fully renovated and updated the walls were very dirty lounge was so uncomfortable felt like we were sitting on wood cobwebs everywhere sliding door hard to open and screen doors don’t close properly blinds don’t open only when you slide them kitchen has a bad smell coming from under the sink where the pots and pans are kept toaster is rusted kettle needs a clean on the inside and to put the fold out bed for my child it only fitted against the sliding door and above staircase not safe the whole place has a real musty old smell there also was no power needed to go to the main reception in the place and ask how we get power so for 139/265 we would not return and we would not recommend the apartment to anybody we did not enjoy our time at this apartment which made our holiday the worst

The property itself is great, clean, modern and basically equipped. Getting in and out of the pool from the apartment required a bit of effort as there is no ladder. Not easy for young kids or older people. We did find an area just down from the apartment where you could use steps. The 40 degree weather didn’t help as the electricity went off several times for long periods. Only one control for both AC. Having to make your own bed at that price point is having a lend.

Beautiful property and location

Property was a 4.5/5 stars; it was beautiful, clean and the perfect get away. Location was also immaculate. The staff at the bar/cafe on site were very kind and made wonderful cocktails.

Pure relaxation

The location was great and having the pool along our backyard was perfect and kept the kids preoccupied the whole day and early bedtimes. All grocery essentials were in the mall opposite our townhouse.

Needs a bit of work

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location and overall a very nice resort. Our room had very high quality furnishings, but up close, things are in need of some maintenance work. Broken shutters, shredded carpet and lack of basic upkeep. Small things make a difference. Our soap dispenser was empty and the bedroom was dusty, plus there was a used handowel on the rail whenn we arrived. I expected more for the price.

Lovely complex, layout and facilities. While the apartment was clean, the ground floor living room carpet had a strong odour of mould. My wife and son are allergic to mould and so had strong reactions. I strongly recommend the ground floor carpet is replaced with a waterproof hard floor like lino or ceramic tiles so water or moisture brought in from the pool can be wiped up easily.

Lovely family friendly property

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife,son and I enjoyed a peaceful lazy stay at the property. Overall condition and amenities were good. While the property cleanliness was good, the ground floor living room carpet gave off a very strong mouldy odour. The property owner should consider changing the carpet to a hard floor with ceramic tiles or lino. It's obvious pool water is inadvertently brought into the living room carpet by guests not bothering to dry themselves before coming into the living room. It's inevitable the damp carpet then develops mould.

Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at this resort for many years.The way the property is maintained is very poor with pealing paint, a very dirty swimming pool and weeds everywhere. Oaks certainly shows very little care for the management of the property.If you are seeking a quite peaceful stay then this will be very hard to get at this resort. Families with small kids have infiltrated the place and some show no regard for other guests as they jump, throw rubbish and glass all over the place.Have reported this to Oakes but they did not care at all. Wont be returning here as will stay elsewhere next time we are in Port Stephens.
