«Things we had to ask for: 1) a clean pillowcase because one looked like it had a bloodstain on it. 2) a second roll of toilet paper. 3) more shower wash. 4) coffee that wasn’t decaf at the complimentary breakfast, which they turned out to not have 5) access to our room because they only gave us keycards for one day instead of the two we had booked. All of these things have happened to me on other trips and I never bother writing bad reviews for those hotels because the staff was always fine at ...

«First check in was slow. I asked about the shuttle for the next morning to be told it doesn’t run on Mondays and Tuesday won’t be starting until 11am. I had asked about a 4am shuttle. Next I was told about the breakfast starting at 6.30 am? The towels and linens were clean and fresh but the toilet was not. No hot water that evening but there was the next morning. A/C was noisy and didn’t seem to work other than to blow warm air. It was quiet on the sixth floor. First and last time for me.»
