All in a fenced and private garden of about 80 m2. You can have lunch and dinner while listening to the sea.<br>A gate gives you direct access to the fine sandy Grande Plage de Penthièvre with a view of the islands. A dream setting! <br>During the day you can enjoy the different activities depending on the weather conditions, the beach is delimited by area: supervised swimming, surfing, kitesurfing, etc.) You can also go cycling as the cycle path along the coast is close to the apartment.
