This apartment is ideal for family holidays!

Its living area features a flat-screen TV and opens onto a wooden terrace with a closed garden, offering a pleasant space for sunbathing lunch or relaxing in tranquility. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a 4-zone ceramic hob, an electric oven, a NESPRESSO coffee machine, a drip coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, a refrigerator with a freezer section, a dishwasher, and a washing machine for extra comfort.

There is a master bedroom with a 140cm bed and a wardrobe for storage. A bathroom and a separate WC are located on the ground floor, making daily life more convenient.

To accommodate children, there is a very sloped mezzanine with a 90cm bed.

Outside, you can enjoy the furnished terrace for sunny meals. In case of strong heat, a manual awning can be deployed to protect you from the sun.

To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:

* A security deposit « Lodging » only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.
* The optional services.

For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) :

* Baby cot : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby chair : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby cot + baby chair package : 20 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Wifi Minibox Wifi : 7,90 € per day or 39.90 € per week within the limits of available stock
