Located 50 m from the sea, just a few steps from the beaches and the village of Saint-Michel (church, markets, delicatessen, bakery, cinema, biscuit factory, pharmacy, post office, supermarket, newsagent, café-bar and restaurants), at the end of a one-way street, in the quiet of a small private lane, Les Mimosas is a duo of atypical houses of more than 110 m² that can accommodate up to 8 adults and 3 children.



The main house has a fibre Wi-Fi connection and comprises an entrance with cupboards, an independent bathroom, a recently renovated semi-open kitchen, equipped with all the necessary appliances so you feel at home (induction hob, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, filter coffee maker and Nespresso, dishwasher, toaster, kettle).

The TV lounge and dining room have a pellet stove (pellets provided) as well as reversible air conditioning. Two ground-floor bedrooms, one with a Queen Size bed (160x200), the other with two double beds (140x190), as well as an independent WC complete this house.



With external access, the second house has a living area with a small kitchenette, a wood fireplace insert and a large table that can be converted into a pool table or table tennis, able to accommodate all guests for meals. An independent WC completes the ground floor.

On the first floor, with external access via a troglodyte door, you will find two attic bedrooms, a first through bedroom with a double bed (140x190), then a bedroom with a double bed (140x190), a single bed (90x190) and its bathroom with shower and WC.



Outside, enjoy a terrace with garden furniture and a charcoal barbecue for summer evenings.



For maximum comfort, you will have access to a laundry room with a washing machine, tumble dryer and a travel cot. You will be able to secure your bicycles or park up to 2 cars in the house car park; additional free public parking spaces are available on the street, opposite the rental.
