«Et flott hotell med en fantastisk beliggenhet rett på stranda, og gangavstand til alle restauranter og butikker i Grand Case. Vi hadde bestilt studio med havutsikt,men ble oppgradert til studio med havutsikt og loft,fantastist romselig rom med stor veranda med utsikt utover sjøen og bukta. God service og flotte fasiliteter, anbefales på det sterkeste!»

«Great place, amazing views. Only real problem is wifi in rooms, we had no wifi even if reception said it should be. We had to go out of the room to get a minor signal. Beach towels far from pool, and it takes forever to check in and out. Other than that it was a good place to stay with some decent restaurants in the area. Supermarked close by.»

«We had a great week at the Simpson Bay Resort. Very friendly staff, daily cleaning and all facilities close by. There are a lot of restaurants at the resort and in walking distance as well. We also joined a great boat trip departing from the pier at the resort. We needed to visit a doctor on a holiday and the General Manager of the resort assisted us immediately and was of great help. We appreciated his help a lot as we did not know where to find medical help.»

«I personally feel like I wouldn’t book another night here. I’ve been to St. Maartin before and I’m used to endless smiles and helpfulness. I’ve never experienced such foul moods as the front desk workers have. Why work customer service if you clearly hate customers? I did not for one second feel welcome or well taken care off. It’s such a pity because the hotel was very clean, the food and drinks were so good and the restaurant staff were so nice. It’s sad that the front staff and their serious ...
