«This stay was a mixed bag for our group of 4 kids aged 6-15 and 5 adults. Our check in process was not smooth but the owner was apologetic and tried to make it right. And I feel for the owners because I am sure the issues are not so much neglect as not completing repairs after the hurricane. Still, the pictures do not reflect the current state of the home. «The pictures were a perfect representation of the property. The owners were very responsive and offered additional help like grocery delivery and car rental. We will definitely come back and stay again! It was an added bonus to have maid service throughout our stay.»

«Et flott hotell med en fantastisk beliggenhet rett på stranda, og gangavstand til alle restauranter og butikker i Grand Case. Vi hadde bestilt studio med havutsikt,men ble oppgradert til studio med havutsikt og loft,fantastist romselig rom med stor veranda med utsikt utover sjøen og bukta. God service og flotte fasiliteter, anbefales på det sterkeste!»

«Great place, amazing views. Only real problem is wifi in rooms, we had no wifi even if reception said it should be. We had to go out of the room to get a minor signal. Beach towels far from pool, and it takes forever to check in and out. Other than that it was a good place to stay with some decent restaurants in the area. Supermarked close by.»

«The property was very spacious, clean and the overall stay comfortable. The help desk girls were assisting and providing information about the dinning options in the area and excursion around the island and to the neighbouring ones. The views from our veranda were of the most beautiful ones as we drove around the island visiting g different spots daily. However the driving in and out the facility is challenging and you must have a car even to go to the closest beach if you stay here. BZH ...

«We had a great week at the Simpson Bay Resort. Very friendly staff, daily cleaning and all facilities close by. There are a lot of restaurants at the resort and in walking distance as well. We also joined a great boat trip departing from the pier at the resort. We needed to visit a doctor on a holiday and the General Manager of the resort assisted us immediately and was of great help. We appreciated his help a lot as we did not know where to find medical help.»
