Cocoonr agency offers you for rent, in Saint-Malo, less than 2 km from the Grande Plage du Sillon, this charming house with Wi-Fi, covering 101 m² and accommodating up to 6 guests. It features a lovely 34 m² living area, a fully equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms (with both shower and bathtub), and a garden of approximately 50 m². Cleaning is included in the rental, and high-quality 4-star hotel linen is provided (bed sheets, towels, dish towels). Your bed will be made upon arrival.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:

Ground floor:
- A 34 m² living room with two sitting areas, a sofa, and a television.
- An open-plan fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, and a dining area with a table for 6 people.
- A master suite with a queen-size bed (160x200), a large walk-in closet, a private bathroom with shower and bathtub, vanity unit, and heated towel rail.
- A laundry area in the garage with a washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board.
- A separate toilet.

First floor:
- One bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200), which can be converted into two single beds (option to be specified at booking).
- One bedroom with two single beds (80x200).
- A separate bathroom with shower, vanity unit, heated towel rail, and toilet.

A highchair and a travel cot are also available (upon request when booking. The baby cot will be set up for your arrival. For safety and hygiene reasons, no mattress is provided apart from the one included with the travel cot. You are welcome to bring your own if desired).

Exterior:
- A beautiful 50 m² garden with a terrace, dining table, 6 chairs, a charcoal barbecue (charcoal not provided), a parasol, and sun loungers to enjoy sunny days.

The house is ideally located in a quiet and pleasant area of Saint-Malo. You will find all essential shops nearby, along with boutiques, restaurants, bars, and the Rocabey market just a 20-minute walk away.

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free on the street.

• Grande Plage du Sillon: 1.9 km
• Bus: “Cottages” bus stop 300 m from the house, served by lines 4/5/7 (stop located 100 m away).
• SNCF train station: 15-minute walk
• Saint-Malo Intra-Muros: 35-minute walk or 5-minute drive
• Rennes Airport: 70 km (Rennes Saint-Jacques)
• Ferry terminal (to Portsmouth, Jersey, and Guernsey): 3.5 km
