Located on the ground floor, in a quiet alleyway close to a large car park, it comprises an open-plan fitted and equipped kitchen, a living room with 2 sofas, two good bedrooms, a shower room and a separate toilet. Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.

- From Place St-Vincent, there are bus and coach services to all parts of Saint-Malo, as well as to Dinard, Cancale, Dinan and Mont Saint-Michel.
- Ferries to Portsmouth, Jersey and Guernsey are available from the ferry terminal, just a 5-minute walk away.

Food: Rue de l'Orme, also known as the Rue Gourmande, has some great local produce:
Butters and cheeses from Bordier, Babas from Saint-Malo, seasonal fruit and vegetables from Les 4 saisons, fresh fish from the Guinemer fishmonger, as well as numerous restaurants, such as Breizh café, Cambusier, or down the street l'Absinthe. Two supermarkets on rue St Vincent and rue de Dinan.
Restaurants and cafés:
On Place Chateaubriand, you can enjoy great seafood at Café de l'Ouest, the best burgers at Lion d'or, a Sunday lunch at Maison Générale for a feast for the eyes and taste buds (reservations recommended), and discover the friendly Cargo Culte restaurant, with a home-cooked menu of tarts, salads, tartines and soups, all decorated in a brocante style. La Duchesse Anne crêperie, a historic establishment not to be missed.
In the evening, you can choose between a Celtic atmosphere at St Patrick's, or the festive atmosphere of the belle époque. If you like cocktails, check out La Fabrique, a multitude of original cocktails. And if you prefer a nautical and sailing atmosphere, you can listen to a concert or contemplate the sea at the Cunningham or on the terrace at the Cancalais!
