Flott beliggenhet innenfor murene i Saint-Malo. Grei og rimelig parkering utenfor murene ca. 100 m unna. Hyggelig og hjelpsom betjening. God frokost til 15 euro.Rent og fint og ordentlig. Anbefales!

This hotel is in a great location in Intra Murros, just a short walk to one of the main gates (be prepared for big crowds and cobblestone streets that are a bit tricky to negotiate with suitcases) The lobby is light and well decorated and there's a lift. Except for one notable exception - an older woman who was very unfriendly - the staff were great. Standout was Maria when we checked in. Excellent recommendations for restaurants etc. The room (we paid for an upgraded Superior) was very large with a separate area with wardrobe and luggage racks. The condition is quite tired and shabby but very clean and functional and the windows open. However, for this price I would expect more than stirrer sticks and very limited offering of tea bags etc. Also, bedside tables very small and flimsy metal stands. Bottled water was refreshed every day and breakfast was good with plenty of options. Overall a good experience.

The staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean, warm and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and I was impressed! I would like to stay here again when I go to Saint-Malo.

Loved this hotel and the people working there. From front desk to the dining room, super helpful and friendly staff. Wonderful location. Parking can be a problem especially in high season as there is no parking by the hotel and one must park outside the fortified city. But that was a minor inconvenience and we’d return!

L'aménagement de la chambre malgré un surclassement très apprécié manque de petit agencement qui permettrait d'avoir un 5 sur 5 à tous les niveaux. Par exemple ajouter de la lumière dans les grands placards, dissocier la lumière de l'entrée et de la chambre. Manque cruel de prise USB pour recharger ses téléphones. Très bonne literie, et personnel très sympathique et à vos petits soins. Pour finir, à part les petits manquements, un hôtel haut de gamme. Merci pour ce week-end.

Ideally situated, really close to one of the main gates, car was parked just outside the city walls free for the night. Didn’t have time for breakfast or a longer stay but will definitely use again on a next trip.

Chambre un peu petite pour 3 personnes, le 3ème lit dans l'entrée sans fenêtre et face à la salle de bain et WC. Une marche haute pour rentrer dans "la chambre des parents". Un peu haute et sans signalisation. Problème : la lumière automatique dans les wc qui réveille la personne dormant dans l'entrée si l'on a besoin d'y accéder pendant la nuit. Parking public à 5 minutes à pied de l'hôtel et pas cher. Hôtel très bien localisé.

This hotel within the walls was perfectly situated for our visit. It was within easy walking distance of everything we wanted to do while waiting for our ferry. The people at réception were really welcoming, friendly and very helpful. We had various requests and each time they took the time to phone different places for us. They made our stay special. Sadly i forgot to get their names. The rooms are clean, comfortable with everything you need. Breakfast was good and the local yoghurt was excellent. There is an sitting room where you can have drinks. Paid parking is available for a limited number of cars. So if you need parking, book in advance. Because of the service we will definitely stay here again.

Fantastic location, warm and accommodating staff
Service at this hotel was top notch, from email contact prior and responsiveness to parking details, to onsite greeting at checkin. Super friendly staff. We had the family suite and it was comfortable for a family of 4. The pull out sofa bed mattress was not so comfortable, but our kids under 10 didn't really miss a beat. Awesome location in the center of town, it's a keeper.

Clean and Modern Hotel in a good location.
Clean and modern hotel in a very central location. We arrived early and went off for a wander, when we returned, some 2 hours later, we were told the room was ready! No complaints about the room or the service. All in all a good stay.

We had a great stay and the front desk help was excellent. Parking is very nearby just outside the city wall, and the breakfast was nice for the price. Room was clean and modern.

Charming hotel
The front desk staff were very helpful and very efficient. The hotel has been refurbished in an attractive, classy style. The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet. We appreciated the convenience of a small refrigerator and a kettle with coffee and tea supplies. The bathroom was very modern. The only suggestion for improvement would be a rubber bath mat for the tub/shower and a grab bar for use while stepping in and out of the large bathtub.

Attention à la surfacturation
Nous avons réservé une suite pour 5 personnes sur le site hotels.com. A l’arrivée, le directeur nous annonce que nous devons payé 25€ supplémentaire pour rajouter un lit pour la 5eme personne alors que tout était inclus dans notre réservation. Ce tarif n’est d’ailleurs ni indiqué sur leur site, ni affiché dans les chambres… La qualité du matelas laisse à désirer pour le canapé lit, les douches manquent de débit d’eau et fait du chaud-froid. La qualité du petit déjeuner n’est pas à la hauteur d’un 4 étoiles avec très peu de choix, des crêpes froides… Heureusement après réclamation auprès de hôtels.com, on s’est fait rembourser les 25€ mais aucune réponse de la direction sur le sujet !

The best advertisement for St Malo.
We came to St Malo just as a base to visit Mont St Michel. But now we intend to return to St Malo. And to stay at this hotel. Excellent property, great location, good breakfast (either level) and a bar. Very modern rooms, quick elevator, and EXCELLENT, helpful staff at the desk.
A room w three windows, a great bed, and a strong shower
A short walk from two gates in the old town wall, close to many excellent restos.
