Located on estate (Domaine du Jonchy) with 6 self-catering gîtes in total. In the Beaujolais, close to Villefranche & Lyon, easily accessed. Guests will enjoy the tennis court and the shared swimming-pool in summer (6m x 12m, heated between 15/05 and 15/09, ask owners about the set times). Gîte in renovated house built of golden stones, upstairs. 1st accommodation (N° 1638) : living room (fitted kitchen area, dining & lounge areas). Bedroom (2 single beds that can be joined to form 160 cm wide bed + single bed, extra single bed possible), shower room. WC. Ground floor : separate bedroom (studio type, accessed crossing a closed outbuilding with gravelled floor) with 2 single beds that can be joined to form 180 cm wide bed + extra single bed. Shower room including WC, small kitchen area. 2nd adjoining accommodation (N° 1251) : living room with kitchen area, bedroom (double bed), shower room, WC. Upper floor : attic bedroom with 3 single beds, cool/warm system. Electric heating. Travel cot and changing mat available. Highchair and baby bathtube on request. Outdoors : small private garden, courtyard, paved terrace, sets of garden furniture, barbecue, deck chairs, boules. Outbuildings available to guests, great views of the hilly Beaujolais vineyards, parking, extensive shared grounds. Utilities included in rent from 15/05 to 11/09 & for stays of 2 nights. All the gites on estate can be booked jointly for a family gathering. Reception rooms for hire (38 sq.m. & 95 sq.m.).
