«We stayed in a very clean and quaint one bedroom, #12 which is upstairs. Met a few others there who were very nice. Two bottles of cold water, one of wine with flowers to greet us. All you would need to prepare heated meals, very nice refrigerator and everything any hotel provides, all done very nicely. Security is provided with fence and electronic gate opener. Finding Neem was just a tad difficult but once on the dirt road off main it was marked with signs. The location was on a hillside and ...

«It was a wonderful week. From the clean room, friendly staff, great facilities, fun entertainment shows to the long beautiful beach where we spent most of the day soaking up that beautiful sunshine. The beach was clean and great to walk out to the water for ocean swims. The aqua show and the 80's rocknroll show had great dancers! It was fun to watch. We enjoyed late evenings chilling in your expansive lobby with friends.»

«Our stay at the conch Beach cabin was absolutely perfect. Breakfast was served in the morning and was fresh and hot. Our service was impeccable down to the bartenders and cleaning staff. «Absolutely loved this place. Not only is it very picturesque but it's got that old English charm and is steeped in history with a museum and walking trail to the Fort Berkeley, giving lovely views of the Ocean.
I loved being able to take the boat across to the infinity pool which was divine and to Galleon beach. One can also take Kayaks out for a trip around the harbor. »

«We stayed at Trade Winds for 11 days at the beginning of January 2026 and had a wonderful experience, largely due to the outstanding staff.
All the check-in was incredibly friendly and welcoming with a shout out to Kerisa. In the hotel restaurant, Kevin consistently noticed my preferences and accommodated them without being asked, which gave a really personal feel to our dining. Yvette was also extremely pleasant and friendly during every interaction.
