- Cozy bathroom equipped with a shower stall, a vanity unit for storing toiletries, a wall-mounted toilet, and a radiator. It features three types of lighting, including LED lighting in the niche with a remote control that allows you to choose the ambiance and color.
- A large central window in the living room, flanked on the left by a skylight preserved from the old village building; both are equipped with dimmable LED lighting.
With a chalet-style ambiance, this apartment was designed with great care:
- “Porcelain stoneware” tiles with a wood-look finish in the living room and mezzanine, and a bleached oak-look finish in the bathroom
- Light pine paneled ceiling, with a chestnut wood beam running from the living room to the bedroom, featuring an LED strip along its entire length that provides indirect lighting, allowing you to choose the color and lighting ambiance in the living room and bedroom.
- The mezzanine railing was crafted by a metalworker.

Location:
- At the base of the building is a small square that’s a dead-end street; you may park briefly to unload all your belongings and luggage right in front of our front door, which is very convenient.
- The apartment also enjoys a prime location near shops and all amenities: a bakery and pastry shop, a butcher and deli, a fish market, convenience stores, tobacco and newsstand, drugstore and variety store, restaurants and bars, as well as the tourist office, which is less than 20 meters away...
- Whether on foot, by bike, or by car, the location in the heart of the village makes everything easily and quickly accessible.
Numerous parking spaces are available within 100 meters.

- This apartment is located in the heart of the picturesque village of Saint-Jean-de-Bruel, between the Causses du Larzac and the Cévennes.
It opens directly onto the central square, giving it a prime location with a breathtaking view of the Saint-Jean-Baptiste parish church, its forecourt, and its octagonal bell tower, as well as the magnificent market halls built of cut stone with their chestnut wood framework and beams.

Tourism:
- A tourist information desk is located on the 2nd floor, where you’ll find various brochures provided by the regional tourist office, as well as numerous maps for walks and hikes provided by the St. Jean du Bruel hiking association (L’Escapade).
- La Noria, the museum, or the “Maison de l’Eau,” is less than a two-minute walk from the accommodation.
- A swimming area developed by the municipality on the river is available for swimming in the clear, fast-flowing waters of the Dourbie. This exceptional river is classified as a Category 1 waterway (rich in trout) and has its source in the Mont Aigoual massif.
- Marked trails and short hiking routes starting from the village allow you to explore the region.
- Located between the Causses and the foothills of the Cévennes, Saint-Jean-du-Bruel offers a wide range of outdoor activities that allow you to discover exceptional and highly diverse natural sites. Activities for everyone—young and old, families, individuals, or groups—in the village and the surrounding area.
