Living Room and Kitchen:
The spacious 25 m² living room is bathed in natural light thanks to the large windows that open onto the private 60 m² terrace. This living room features a double sofa bed, ideal for accommodating additional guests. The open kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, as well as appliances like a coffee maker (filter), a toaster and equipment for raclette and fondue. It is designed so you can prepare and enjoy your meals with ease.

Bedrooms:
The apartment includes two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen-size bed, offering a comfortable space to rest. The second bedroom has two single beds (90 cm), perfect for children. The bedrooms are decorated in a contemporary Savoyard style, combining charm and modernity.

Bathroom:
The bathroom is equipped with a modern shower, a sink, and storage for your personal belongings.

Terrace:
The 60 m² terrace is a true asset, offering a spacious and peaceful outdoor area where you can enjoy the stunning views of the valley and surrounding mountains. It’s the perfect spot for your morning coffee or an outdoor dinner. A plancha grill is available!

Other Amenities:
- The apartment has high-speed Wi-Fi.
- A washing machine is available in the apartment.
- A secure private storage room is available for your ski gear and bikes.
- Baby equipment (cot, highchair) is available on request to make the whole family comfortable.

Ski Access and Winter Sports:
The apartment is ideally located just 20 minutes by car from the Orelle ski lifts, which give direct access to Les 3 Vallées, the largest ski area in the world! Access to Orelle is easy via the highway, which is well cleared throughout the winter. This way, you avoid long mountain climbs and winding roads, making your trip faster and more comfortable. In about 30 minutes, you can also reach Saint-Jean-d’Arves, Le Corbier, Saint-Sorlin-d’Arves, Albiez-Montrond, La Toussuire, and Les Karellis.

Summer Activities: Cycling, Hiking, and Nature:
Maurienne is the world’s largest cycling area with more than 1,600 km of marked roads and legendary passes (Galibier, Télégraphe, Croix-de-Fer, Iseran, Madeleine…). Hikers will also enjoy the nearby Vanoise National Park with its marked trails, mountain lakes, and exceptional flora and fauna. Families can enjoy many activities: via ferrata, swimming in natural lakes, adventure parks, festivals, and local markets.

- Elevator access to the apartment is available.
- Bed linen (sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases) and towels are provided as sets. Beds are not made upon arrival.
- Pets are welcome (a €30 supplement applies for extra cleaning).
- A €500 security deposit is required for each booking. We use Swikly, a secure online deposit system. No amount is debited from your card.
