Both bedrooms are on the 2nd floor. The master bedroom offers a king bed and a deck with a view of the courtyard pool and beach. The 2nd bedroom is the bunk room and has 2 bunk beds with twin over full mattresses. The two bedrooms share a bathroom in the hallway with a walk-in shower and 2 sinks. The first floor has the other full bathroom with walk in shower. Open floor plan in kitchen and living room allow for easy entertaining and plenty of natural light with the blinds open. Kitchen thoughtfully stocked to allow ease for staying in and cooking. Plenty of room for seating in living room. This updated villa is the perfect place for your Fripp Island getaway!

Enjoy the beautiful beaches of Fripp Island and everything that the Lowcountry has to offer! Hunting Island State Park and Historic Beaufort are just a short distance from the island home as well.

Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!
Getting to know Fripp Island:
Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The views from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.
A 4-seat golf cart is included with your rental (excluding monthly rentals). Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary transportation. It is a great way to leisurely take in the natural scenic beauty of the island and an excellent way to visit our unique amenities.
Take advantage of the many amenities that Fripp Island has to offer. Fripp Island features a multitude of food and beverage options for your enjoyment. With two championship golf courses, five pool complexes, 6 pickleball courts, 8 tennis courts, and three-and-a-half miles of uninterrupted beach, Fripp Island is an unspoiled treasure. The island also has a full-service deep-water marina, bicycle, paddle board, kayak, boat, and golf cart rentals available.
Fripp Island is a designated wildlife sanctuary and is also host to many whitetail deer and other amazing wildlife. You will be sure to see them as you enter the island gates.
