The primary bedroom is located upstairs and includes an en suite bathroom with dual shower heads, two sinks and a king bed with breathtaking ocean/marsh views. The lounge and laundry area are located between the primary and guest bedrooms. The guest bedroom upstairs has two queens with an en suite bathroom with a tub and two sinks. The third bedroom is on the first floor and has a queen bed with a full hallway bathroom for easy access. This property is not pet friendly.
The home features include a screened-in back porch, a deck off both front bedrooms, a full-size washer and dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen includes new appliances and an icemaker in the fridge. Don't feel like cooking tonight? Walk across the street to the Bonito Boathouse restaurant to enjoy a taste of Lowcountry cooking. A 4-seat golf cart is included with your rental (excluding monthly rentals). Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary transportation. It is a great way to leisurely take in the natural scenic beauty of the island and an excellent way to visit our unique amenities.

Up to 8 guest cards, are also included in your rental. These cards are required for access to all resort amenities, including restaurants and bars, pools (opened year-round), golf, pickleball, tennis, a fitness center, and more. Guest cards offer exclusive access to discounted rates on golf and tennis.
Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market Liquor & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all the essentials needed for a longer stay: groceries, grab-and-go items, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!
