Rest assured: all the common areas of your chalet (play area, swimming pool, entrance…) are new, clean and ready to welcome you for a worry-free holiday! A communal swimming pool, covered and heated (28º) all year round will allow you to relax and make the most of your holiday.



Just a few minutes from the sea, this charming chalet of 60 m² that can accommodate up to 6 people is located in a residence in Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie and is ideal for a family stay.



Outside, you will enjoy a pleasant garden as well as a beautiful terrace of 28 m² furnished with garden furniture and a barbecue, perfect for your outdoor meals or your moments of relaxation in the sun.



Inside, as soon as you enter the chalet you will discover a bright and warm living space. It comprises a comfortable lounge with a corner sofa, an armchair and a television, ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach. Extending from this, the dining area has a table that can accommodate up to 6 guests. The open-plan American kitchen, modern and functional, is fully equipped: induction hobs, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, as well as a second high table with two stools, perfect for quick breakfasts. A large bay window illuminates the whole space and provides direct access to the terrace.



On the night side, the chalet has 3 comfortable bedrooms:

- Bedroom 1: a suite with a Queen Size bed (160x200), its private bathroom with shower and WC

- Bedroom 2: two single beds (80x190)

- Bedroom 3: two single trundle beds (80x190)



A second bathroom with shower and hairdryer as well as an independent toilet complete the accommodation.



An outdoor parking space is available in front of the chalet.



For your comfort, the accommodation also has a washing machine.
