Located in the Périgord Pourpre, at the crossroads of Bergerac, Périgueux, Sarlat and Saint Emilion, the Domaine de Paufy is a former farmhouse of Michel de Montaigne which welcomes you for a relaxing and friendly holiday in the heart of its forest massif.

The 10,000 m2 park of Paufy pleasantly wooded, with its fenced swimming pool 5m x 10 m (to be shared with 2 cottages), its deckchairs and many games for children (ping pong, badminton, slide, swing, hut...) allow the whole family to take full advantage of the space. Several forest tracks from the cottage guide you in the countryside for walks or mountain bike rides. Suggestions for hiking trails and tourist information are available in the cottage. Recreational fishing in the pond is offered on the property. The discovery of the animals of the and the farmyard will enchant the little ones.

The cottage 'Vert Pré', completely renovated, with a surface area of 125 m2, is located in a 19th century farmhouse. It is classified as 3* furnished by the Dordogne CDT. Facing south, you can take full advantage of the private garden of 300 m2 equipped with its garden furniture, deckchairs and individual barbecue, with a breathtaking view of the surrounding forest.
The main room of 40 m2 has a fully equipped kitchen, lounge area, and large fireplace. There are 4 bedrooms, 1 of which is a master suite upstairs with private bathroom and toilet. Beds: 1 X 160, 1 x 140 and 4 x 90. Bathroom first floor with double sink and bath. Upstairs and main room first floor air-conditioned.

All baby equipment is free of charge, available on request (bed, changing table, bath, high chair, booster seat, etc.).

Joint rental with the 2nd gîte of the estate, "La Roseraie" with 3 bedrooms is possible (i.e. 15 people for the whole).
