Located on the 2nd floor with elevator in the building “Les Ormeaux”, the entrance opens onto a living area with a 140 cm fold-away bed and a 90 cm fold-away bed, a flat-screen TV, and access to a balcony.

The kitchen corner is equipped with 2 vitroceramic hobs, an extractor hood, multifunction microwave, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, mini dishwasher, and fridge with freezer compartment.

There is also a bathroom with WC, a mini washing machine, and a hairdryer.

For lunch or coffee, relax on the furnished balcony with table and chairs, complete with an electric retractable awning.

Everything you could need—even on vacation—is provided for a successful holiday right by the water: vacuum cleaner, iron and mini ironing board, fan, shopping trolley, and more.

A private garage box in the basement allows you to park your vehicle safely—please note that parking may not be suitable for all types of vehicles.

To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:

* A security deposit « Lodging » only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.
* The optional services.

For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) :

* Baby cot : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby chair : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby cot + baby chair package : 20 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Wifi Minibox Wifi : 7,90 € per day or 39,90 € per week within the limits of available stock
