Villa with a large garden in the center of Saint-Florent

Enjoy a spacious family home with a large garden and two beautiful terraces, a two-minute walk from the centre of Saint-Florent, and therefore away from the hustle and bustle!

A privileged anchor point to discover the region:
- 10 minutes walk from the beaches of St Florent and 15 minutes by boat from the most beautiful beaches of northern Corsica (Lodu and Saleccia)
- in the heart of Nebbiu, at the gates of Cap Corse, at the entrance to the Agriates desert!

The house is fully equipped and composed of:

- a large terrace, where you can enjoy your meals, which surrounds the house and overlooks the garden
- a large living room with a flat screen TV, a table (extension available), a large fireplace, 1 4-seater sofa and 2 armchairs
- 1 fully equipped kitchen (fridge / freezer, oven, microwave oven, coffee machine, washing machine...)
- a laundry room with a washing machine (iron available)
- 1 bedroom with a single bed and 1 double bed 140x200 (photo of the room not up to date)
- a bathroom (with bathtub) adjoining the first bedroom
- Washrooms

--- Upstairs ---
- a double bedroom (with fan) opening onto the terrace
- a single bedroom (with fan) opening onto the terrace
- a large terrace with its solarium
- a bathroom for both bedrooms (shower cubicle)

All around the house, a very pretty garden of 700 square meters, ideal for children or to read in peace!
We do not use any chemicals or pesticides in the garden. We therefore encourage our guests to sort and try to make it easy for them.

You have the possibility to park in the garden or outside (at the front or at the back)

The village centre and the marina are a 2-minute walk away, where you will find many restaurants and shops.
You will have the opportunity to enjoy the many outdoor activities and leisure activities offered by Saint-Florent (boating, paragliding, kayaking, etc.).
During the summer season, several festivals are organised, including Porto Latino, in the heart of the citadel of St Florent and the Nuits de la Guitare in Patrimonio (5 min by car).

Saint-Florent is located in the heart of the Nebbiu region, 30 minutes by car from Bastia (and its port) and Bastia Poretta airport, 1 hour from Ile-Rousse and 1 hour 25 minutes from Calvi in Balagne.

You will also be in the heart of a region known for its vineyards: the PDO Patrimonio.
