Indoors or on the coast, visits and activities abound: many sites to visit (the cities of character and craft villages of La Roche-Bernard, Rochefort en Terre, La Gacilly, Malestroit, the castles of Suscinio, Rochefort en Terre, Trédion, the local and craft markets, the ramparts of Vannes and Guérande, the port towns of Port Navalo, Saint-Nazaire, La Baule, Le Pouliguen, Pornic, La Turballe), various landscapes to discover (the Gulf of Morbihan, the Brière regional park, the Atlantic coast and its beaches, our beautiful countryside very wooded and rejuvenating as can be for beautiful hikes on foot, by bike...). And so many other activities! After a day full of beautiful discoveries, you will be back in our cottage where you will appreciate the tranquility and zenitude of the place. The cottage is located in a peaceful and warm hamlet. It overlooks the valley of the Vilaine river. The cottage offers a surface area of 80m2 and offers on the first floor; a living room with a living room (TV and Wifi), a fully equipped kitchen (oven, induction hob, hood, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, pod machine, all the necessary crockery) and a toilet. The first floor is distributed as follows: a large bedroom of 16m2 on the mezzanine with a double bed of 140*190, a dresser, a wardrobe, 2 bedside tables and lamps and a fan; a small bedroom of 11m2 with 2 beds of 90*190, a dressing room, a bedside table, a lamp and a fan; a bathroom with shower, wall-hung unit, heated towel rail and WC; a relaxation/reading area. Outside, you will enjoy a private and intimate garden with trees, with a large fully equipped terrace (table, chairs, garden furniture, parasol, games trunk) and a breathtaking view of the countryside and the banks of the Vilaine. In addition, we provide an additional 600m2 of wooded and shaded land dedicated to the play area and parking (free). An enclosed room for bicycles is available on request.
