«We had a very disappointing experience. Our room wasn’t ready until after promised. Heck in time. The room wasn’t cleaned thoroughly once we did get it. Hair elastic on the ground, empty tissue box and hair in the shower were found. Yuck! The grounds were packed with screaming children running around, couldn’t find a pool chair or beach chair and decided to leave the property and walk to a nearby by place to eat instead. Could not wait to check out!»

«We were extremely let down by our stay at this property. The 4-5 star reviews should not be trusted especially if recently given. The hotel is nice looking but things are vastly spread out. Upon arrival we were supposed to get a cocktail which was water and or tea not a cocktail. That was strike 1. Then the early check in process through Amex did not work and we couldn’t check in until 4 pm. Those things are minor. Let’s get to the bad. The staff at this hotel just doesn’t care. There’s ...

«We had a wonderful and relaxing vacation at Azura Bermuda. The service and management were fantastic; everyone was extremely friendly, attentive, and professional. We were even upgraded to an oceanfront suite, which made our stay very special. The property itself is beautiful, serene, and peaceful. The pools were spectacular and offered the perfect place to relax. The private beach was also a major highlight and made it easy to unwind.
