Located on the first floor, the cottage is entirely laid out on one level, offering 106 m² of living space. The living room invites you to gather around the table or relax in the lounge in front of the TV. On sunny days, simply open the door onto the terrace: the private, enclosed garden of approximately 500 m² extends in front of the house, perfect for enjoying breakfast outdoors, sharing a barbecue, or simply relaxing in the fresh air. The kitchen, also directly connected to the terrace, makes al fresco dining easy. A traditional filter coffee maker is provided for preparing your coffee.
For sleeping, everyone will find their own space in the three bedrooms: two with a double bed (140 cm) and the third with a queen-size bed (160 cm). Children have their own playroom, with books and board games for all ages. This room can also accommodate an extra single bed (90 cm), available upon request from the owners. A shower room and separate WC complete the accommodation, with a hairdryer and iron available. Fans are provided for use during periods of high temperatures.
At the rear of the cottage, the spaces are shared with the owners, whose residence is located on the same property, behind the house. Each guest retains their own private space, while access to and from the property is via a shared gate. Converted from a 1980s family home, this cottage comfortably accommodates up to 6 people. Its location in the heart of Saint-Cyprien allows for quick access to shops, services, and major roads. Situated along the D108, the house benefits from excellent accessibility, thanks to the traffic associated with its central location.
