In the commune of Saint-Cast-le-Guildo, we are offering for rent this large flat, completely renovated in 2022, in a 3-star seaside villa along the main beach. With a surface area of 75 m², it can accommodate up to 5 travellers. Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises a large living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a shared garden of around 1,000 m². Wifi, bed linen and towels included - we're waiting for you!
The light-filled, quadruple-exposure flat is arranged as follows:
Day area :
- A 30 m² living room with a 180° view of the beach, TV, sofa and dining area.
- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Nespresso pod coffee machine, etc.
Sleeping area:
- Bedroom 1 (master suite): queen-size bed (160) and en-suite bathroom with bath.
- Bedroom 2: two single beds that can be made into a queen-size bed.
- Bedroom 3: a single bed.
- Shower room.
- Separate WC.
Outside:
- An enclosed garden, shared with another flat in the villa, and partly overlooking the sea with furniture to enjoy the fine weather. The flat has its own access to the garden.
For added comfort, the owners provide the following facilities: washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, high chair and cot.
The flat is ideally located in Saint-Cast-le-Guildo, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
We recommend a few places to discover: La Belle Meunière (patisseries), La Marinière (restaurant), Le Jardin Délice (restaurant), La Grande brasserie (brasserie), Chipie la Galette (Crêperie).
Activities :
- The beach and "le point plage" (a structure offering all water sports activities: paddle, surf, J80, catamaran lessons and supervised sea outings) are nearby. The large beach is 2 km long, perfect for walks, jogging and family outings. Many other activities are available: hiking on the coastal path (GR34), water sports, tennis (300 m), horse-riding (riding centre 3 km away), accrobranches (3 km)...
Nearby, not-to-be-missed stops on the Emerald Coast:
- Cap Fréhel, to the west, a listed bird sanctuary, whose cliffs tower 70 metres above the sea.
- Not far from there, take the time to visit Fort la Latte, built in the 14th century on a rocky cape, majestically overlooking the sea.
- A former corsair town, the fortified city of Saint-Malo has preserved its magnificent ramparts and offers a splendid panorama of the sea. Excursions to the Chausey Islands and the Channel Islands are also possible. The city of Robert Surcouf and Jacques Cartier will charm you with its picturesque cobbled streets, its rich shipowners' houses and its castle.
- Walkers and cyclists can follow the signposted route through the Rance valley, where mills, malouinières and fishing villages punctuate the landscape.
- Another not-to-be-missed stopover is the famous seaside resort of Dinard, which has preserved some magnificent villas from its Belle Époque past: the Clair de Lune promenade and the Malouine promenade will show you some of them.
- The seaside resorts of Saint-Briac, Saint-Lunaire and Saint-Jacut are all less than 30 minutes away, as are Erquy and Les Sables d'Or. Inland, Dinan, Plancoët and Lamballe offer a wealth of places to visit.
