It is composed of a nice open living room with large bays on a very large terrace, a large equipped kitchen, five beautiful bedrooms, three bathrooms (with shower and bathtub).
The house is located in Saint-Cast le Guildo, in a quiet, residential, very pleasant environment.

The accommodation is composed as follows :
- a large living room, with bays that open onto a south-facing terrace and a magnificent pergola
- a living room with a large TV
- an open kitchen, fully equipped with a fridge, a freezer, an electric kettle, a toaster, a microwave oven, a stove, a dishwasher, a Senseo coffee machine...
- A small bedroom on the ground floor, with a double bed (140×200)

Saint Cast, charming little seaside town, is one of the oldest seaside resorts in France. It is a well-known and famous destination, but Saint Cast has kept its authenticity and the beauty of its unspoiled landscapes.
Don't miss to discover these beaches, offering you the possibility to indulge in many activities: miniature golf, beach club, sailing school, restaurants... If you are looking for a more private spot, the city is full of small coves.
You will be able to admire the sunset while strolling on the mythical "plage des mielles", to visit the local markets of Saint Cast (in season Monday morning and Thursday evening) and Matignon (Wednesday morning all year long) in search of the famous typical dishes of the region.

- The cleaning at the end of the stay includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.
