Located in the village of St Brévin les Pins on the first floor with a lift, in a secure residence, this 47m² apartment with a balcony and parking space has a double bedroom (recent bedding in 2024 in 160) and a sofa bed, thus able to accommodate up to four people.



The open kitchen is fitted and equipped with all the necessary household appliances so that you feel at home; induction hob, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee machine, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, chopper, citrus press and all the necessary kitchen equipment. The living room has a television, Wi-Fi connection and provides access to the balcony. A bathroom and toilet complete the rental. You have an outdoor private parking space.
