I don’t think i will visit this hotel again
This is my second visit, this place used to be amazing, but now it is ok. The cleanliness is excellent, first day i arrived there was no water in our room for more than 4 hours, and on and off for the next 3 days, i requested an iron to use, when i wasn’t in my room they took it without telling and i found it was the only one for the whole floor, the entertainment for the first 2 days was very boring and ok for the rest… the food was very good…they used to give 2 vouchers for the Italian and Mexican restaurants… now they don’t and when i ask why they said policy have changed…on my checkout day they kept calling every 15 mins to tell me that i have to checkout today or i will pay extra penalty 40$

Nice hotel
It was good and we really enjoyed alot, specially animation team and mix max show during feast. Food was tasty and alot of varieties Pool was perfect 😍 But stoney beach Alot of activities to do Only one thing wasnt pleased of that i tried to change my type of booking from double to single with child through hotels but I cant and when i reached the hotel ,the front desk insisted that he cant do anything and that's really annoyed me

The staff was extremely nice and service minded, in restaurant and beach bar etc. Safety box and kettle in the room. Very good room cleaning. Good location by the sea, nice beach. Close to the airport.

L'hôtel est tout simplement magnifique, impeccablement propre et le personnel est toujours à l'écoute concernant les demandes de ses hôtes. La vue est à couper le souffle et l'entretien des jardins est exceptionnel. En revanche, le restaurant Palm compris dans le all inclusive est très moyen, rien n'est vraiment bon ou très mauvais. Les deux autres restaurants, l'italien et le mexicain, servent de la nourriture très approximative à midi. Le restaurant indien a dépassé toutes nos attentes, avec son chef Mustafa, nous le recommandons vivement, mais il est payant. L'hôtel propose quelques activités (payantes) qui sont à marchander avec de mandataires externes de l'hôtel, parfois on a l'impression de se faire arnaquer en tant que touriste. La période où on est allé n'est pas l'idéal, il y a énormément de vent et nous n'avons pu nous baigné que 3/7 jours. Aussi, c'était la période de vacances scolaires égyptiennes, donc beaucoup de familles avec des enfants en bas âge.

All you need for a vacation

sagen wir es so: Das Hotel ist toll. Hat alles funktioniert, Zimmer sehr komfortabel, Pool sehr gross und Essen sehr gut. Jedoch würde ich nicht mehr in dieses Hotel gehen; Der Grund ist ein anderer. Und zwar ist es sehr laut, sozusagenfast rund um die Uhr. Von Morgens bis spätnachmittags wird am Pool nonstop sehr laut Musik gespielt. Anschliessend nach dem Abendessen geht sehr laut die tägliche Abendunterhaltung los. Beides, die Poolmusik und die laute Abendunterhaltung sind laut hörbar im Zimmer. Dann der Strand ist nicht zum schwimmen. das Wasser bis zum Reef ist höchstens 10-30cm tief. Unbedingt Badeschuhe mitnehmen.

Amazing Hotel
This was our second visit to Tropitel, and it even exceeded our first, Room is beautiful and clean, Water Slides are very fun for the kids and even the Adults, Sea activities and animation team are amazing, Food variety and taste is so delicious as well. all in all Tropitel is so good

Excellent vacation destination Pros + Gorgeous Snorkeling and diving spots. + Nice pools varieties + Clean and spacious rooms + delicious food with good varieties. + friendly staff Cons - One has to walk for long to reach sea swimming and snorkeling spots. Not convenient very specially for elderly guests. - Too many stairs to reach the restaurant or reception. Mind the room location for the elderly guests - Bad golf car rental service. Faulty cars (not sure if this is controlled by the hotel or not)

Check in hat 2 Stunden gedauert, wir haben extra Geld für einen Zimmer Upgrade bezahlt, aber keinen Upgrade bekommen. Es wird überhaupt nicht an Corona- Pandemie geachtet!!! Sehr viele Leute im Restaurant beim Essen!!!!! - wir gar keine Pandemie im laufend. Ich habe überhaupt nicht gesehen dass irgendwas irgendwo desinfiziert wird- einen absoluten Albtraum, sollte jemand hier Corona haben - dann alle bekommen das mit. Am Schwimmbad viel zu viele Leute ohne Distanz!! Niemand im Hotel trägt Masken! Keine Covid Regeln überhaupt geachtet werden: keine Masken getragen, keine Distanz geachtet, Leute selbe sammeln Salate am Buffet, usw. ich bin recht Schockiert. Personal entspricht nicht dem 5 Sterne Hotel: fehlende Kompetenzen, unhöfflich, erluben sich anzusprechen, usw. ich kann es nicht verstehen, wie kann es sein dass diesen Hotel hat so gute Bewertungen. Ich habe diesen Hotel wegen Bewertungen ausgesucht- ich bin extrem enttäuscht!

Das Aufenthalt war sehr unangenehm,Personal besonders beim Check in unfreundlich und arrogant ,Essen sehr schlecht ,ich muss 2 Tage in Bett mit Erbrechen aufgrund das Essen , Behandlung vom Deutsch Leute auch sehr schlecht im vergleich zu russischen .Ich empfehle das Hotel nie ,und schade für meine Zeit und Geld
