My husband and I were sure to book a hotel with a hot tub and we were excited to use it. Except when we got there the hot tub was completely drained.
I reached out to the hotel a week before our stay. I had a special request, however they never responded to me via Expedia. So I called them. They put me on hold and then hung up. When I called again they picked up and hung up instantly. I didn't even get a chance to ask my question.
Then I received a text from SureStay saying if I had any special requests I should reply to the message. I responded with my request and never received a response. I got sent 2 more automated messages, and I continued to reply never getting a response.
During our stay we had a question and called the front desk from our room phone. Again, no response. Customer service was non existent. Very frustrating.
The bathtub in our room was splattered with paint maybe (?). There was no stopper in the tub so baths were not an option. The bed was clean but the floors could've used some sweeping.
Breakfast was awful. There was a spoonful of eggs left, a bunch of sausage in water, cereal and no milk, an empty fridge, and a long line for waffles and toast. The eggs & sausage were gross. Neither of us could eat it.
We expected more having loved Best Western in the past, but we will not be staying here again.
