A lot of crackheads on and off property.Several fights in different rooms near us! Could not get any rest! No cream and sugar to go with their terrible coffee in the lobby!

Well the first room we checked into the tv was broken, but they did quickly move us to a different room. The check in lady was nice. Upon checking out the next morning some other lady had to go inspect the room before I could receive my cash deposit. There was an issue with a remote she couldn’t find and we had to go back to the room together and it was wrapped in the bed covers. After that I was able to get my deposit back. All in all the room wasn’t bad for the price. I would probably go back but with lower expectations.

Some of the attention to details to the property have gone downhill the past few stays in regards to cleanliness and overall upkeep. Could be age of the property or financial. It’s not for a lack of caring because they do care within the limitations they have to work with this crew does an amazing job time and time again and I applaud them. This would be a tough job and property to run. But the owners and upper management need to pay attention to this property and not let it get too far out of control or out of hand away from them. They may never regain control over this gem in the rough condition again. The team here is amazing and I do thank them!

Terrible experience
Serviced was terrible. The front desk clerk did not check any body in. A line of customers had to wait about 2 hours at night with a rainy day untill another clerk show up, don't know what happen but clearly saw she was in drugs. Terrible experienced. I will post the picture of the clerk

Everything was going good until we saw roaches. My car is 2020. My kids don’t know nothing about roaches I haven’t seen a roach in years. Very disappointed if they’re in one room there and all of them just off my experience and they will get in your cars.

This was great for the price. And the rooms really are soundproofed, which is nice. The bed was comfortable enuff. Housekeeping is cutting too many corners which I found to be unacceptable, but I haven’t gotten past playing through Hotel Hell scenarios in my mind to express this to the property. I was there to have a surgery at UC Davis, there good selection of food and shopping within a two mile radius. Convenient location and excellent value for a suite.

Basic Sleeping arrangements.
Checked into the hotel at around 11 pm. The front lobby was locked and had to check in through a booth window. Locked front lobby was not a good sign I am in a decent neighborhood. At around 3 am, I was was woken up by some crackhead on the phone asking me if I hear “them” fighting outside? What? Room is decently clean. Has small fridge and cooler. If you just want to rest for one night, it’s okay. If you expect nice accommodation and continental breakfast, find a more expensive place.

The check in was a positive experience. The person at the desk was very helpful and polite. It’s quiet during the day, but at night it gets very noisy with the guests coming in and out if you’re staying on the first floor, some of the guests talking on their phone late morning and some other smoking near your door

It was friendly and private. Can hear neighbors if a bit loud. For a private single use then that is a good choice

They have a night window for security reasons which is fine, but after getting the lady at the front desk attention she continued to count the cash and leave me in the cold for like ten minutes as I watched count the cash. Definitely not what I would call putting costumers first.
