«Really different location and property well kept if looking a little worn in places. Food very good. Service in the evening was excellent. Unfortunate noise coming from proximity to rail line not helpful if you are a light sleeper but bigger issue (and not the hotels fault) are the sea lions on the opposite which bark all night. The combination of a the sea lions and the trains throughout the night very unfortunate as rooms are by no way sound proof. »

«The check-in was outstanding very very easy to check in the clerks were outstanding then I went to my room and it was nice and clean a great size room. The beds were very comfortable. The continental breakfast in the morning is about the average of all Continental breakfast is, but the food was still good.»

«Unfortunately due to Hotel.coms ineffective services I was unable to stay-they were booked. However, the location was peculiar which allowed a full emersion into a time hopping experience. Id recommend this location out of shear awe in its antiquity. The staff was amazingly kind, patient and helpful, seeing me through to getting a room at another location and ensuring I would not be charged. Thank you night staff!»

«Friendly staff at check in. Beautiful property and decent room. Had trouble with the ac took much effort to get the ac to work. Every button had to be held down for 3-5 seconds. Went half the night without ac because we’re unable to change the temperature on the thermostat. Purchased breakfast but mishap in times and on mother’s day had no breakfast options at 10 am. Very disappointing. »
