«I really enjoyed my stay here; The room and staff itself were amazing and also upgraded my room and catered to all my needs:) The only thing is that it's a bit further from the main area so you have to do a bit more walking but overall really nice»

«These guys know what they're doing. Absolutely amazing communication immediately after booking. They send you all the details. And tell you to update them when you're on your way. So if you're lost they will help you find the way. The interior design, the lighting, the quality and finishing, the marble used. You would think you are at a 5 star hotel. But the prices are waaaaay more attainble and what you're pay for. You are getting a bargain. Just the quality of toilet paper they're using ...

«The Regis was perfect for our 3 night stay in KK. Virtual front desk through WhatsApp was very responsive to all inquiries and the on site staff was extremely helpful. The location next to the Imago Mall was also quite convenient for anything we need plus ehailing to different spots in KK.»

«Flott hotell, nærme waterfront i Miri. Kan anbefale hotellet på det varmeste»

«綺麗に保たれておりましたが、予約した部屋は湿気が多いのか、空気が悪く感じました。 ｲﾏｺﾞｼｮｯﾋﾟﾝｸﾞｾﾝﾀｰまでは徒歩圏内のために非常に便利な立地です。»

«The location is very good and convenient, especially with easy access to nearby facilities and the shopping mall. However, the cleanliness of the room and the condition of some room facilities could be improved. More attention to housekeeping, maintenance, and ensuring all room facilities are in good working condition would make the stay more comfortable. Overall, the location is a strong point, but improvements in cleanliness and room facilities would enhance the guest experience.»

«Lovely hotel with lovely staff, there's an Orange store (very similar to 7 11) , an Indian restaurant and a cafe all in the vicinity. The only negative is the location as you'll have to take a Grab to travel around Kota Kinabalu.»

«Great place to stay, staff very helpful and lots of amenities»

«Hotel location is near industry area. It’s limited of food options. Staff are very friendly. The room is clean but the facilities are a bit outdated. No tissue box supplied. We had instant noodles one night and the container stayed in the room until we checked out.»

«Veldig fornøyd med oppholdet. Vennlig personale og rene rom.»

«Bathroom is dirty and room is small»

«If you are reading this, you have a chance to avoid my fate. We needed a quick booking on the mainland after a late flight and questionable ferry transfer to an island resort. I saw the pictures, room configurations, and the rating at the time, and went for it. My wife and daughter’s bathroom toilet had NOT BEEN CLEANED. The walls have mosquito blood and random scribbles on them and are generally badly in need of an update. The rooms are NOT soundproofed as stated in the profile - we heard every ...

«This is not a hotel. Its a collection of motel style rooms for which you need a code to get into a mail box where you might find a room key. But first you have to find the place. Location as shown on hotels.com is jsut plain wrong and misleading. The local people have never heard of Rail Suite Aeropod. Even the security guy in the building had no idea. They may know it as Cactus Rail Suites. You must make contact with the provider who will send you the code to your mail box. And when you ...

«Great value room, very nicely laid out and modern. Only niggle was that the previous guest had smoked in the bathroom and the one evening I stayed, I could smell cigarettes in the corridor from another room. Not much the staff can do about idiots breaking the rules without knocking on every door, so not a fault of the hotel. Also, I stayed only one night so its probably not the norm. I would definitely recommend!»
