On the 1st floor of a multi-family chalet. 2 garage parking spaces. Laundry with 2 washing machines and 2 tumble dryers for common use are available. Central location, marvelous view to Gstaad and the mountains.
    Lift, wall cupboard as coat-rack. Cosy living room with a 2-seater sofa, 2 armchairs, large flat screen TV/radio, WiFi. Extendable dining table with 6 chairs. Open-plan kitchen with ceramic hub and fume hood, refrigerator with freezer, oven, dish washer, toaster, microwave, coffee machine with capsules (Nespresso), raclette-set and fondue-set. Master bedroom with 2 beds (90x190cm), wall cupboard and shower/WC. Children's bedroom with 2 beds (90x190cm), wall cupboard. Bathroom with bathtub and WC.
    Note: Roof and façade renovation works will take place at the chalet from 31 August to 13 November 2026. During this period, construction noise may occur during the day. Disruptions are also to be expected in the outdoor area, particularly on the balcony. INCLUDED: Electricity, heating, water, garage (2 parking spaces No. 11 and 12), WiFi, kitchen, bathroom, and bed linen (initial supply) as well as final cleaning and local taxes. EXCLUDED: 2 washing machines and dryers at CHF 1.50 per cycle. Coffee capsules (Nespresso). Additional bed linen can be obtained from the key holder for CHF 30.00/person in cash. Gstaad appartment.

The sofas where quiet cold and not cozy. The beds where terrible and so where the cautions , bedsheets and covers. The towels where not enough and rough. The kitchen was amazing and so was the location. Very good parking and access. The WiFi was good and tv also, lots of international channels. The lady taking care was very nice. The owner does not want to spend money on the comfort of the beds and that’s a shame because the. The appartment would have been ten points. Bring your own covers and bedsheets as well as towels and cushions.
