Lovely hotel and location. Clearly a high-end hotel. Staff on the beaches are excellent as are the restaurant staff. However the check-in staff have issues and need some training in customer service. Our check-in process was slow. We had to wait a long time even after being told our room was ready. No refreshments were offered while we had to wait. And our Gold expedia status was not recognised despite it being on the booking. On check out we were charged by mistake for room service. It again took the check-out staff a long time to sort it out without even offering an apology for the mistake made by the hotel, instead making out it was our fault for noticing the error.
