Good with minor issues
Better than expected. However, as at 8 am on Sunday morning I didn’t open the room for cleaners then the room was never cleaned when I came back late in the evening. Who wants his/her room cleaned at 8 am on Sunday? Don’t they respect that people can sleep even on Sunday morning a bit later? Otherwise, English command of staff (except cleaners), greeting people, room was cozy, bed was great, parking was fine, free complimentary drink, breakfast had even real fruit, but why always bacon, sausage etc. Nobody there to make omelette. Didn’t get the idea of omelette station. Am I the cook there? Wi-Fi worked well.

Cigar used for womans party
Im a cigar smoker abd chose this hotel to relax and have a cigar but to my amazement to lounge was book for a woman event no smoking i may add. Why i ask the lounge used for this when an area could have been used in the bar lounge area.

We stay here quite often because we really like this Hilton - it’s in a great location next to the Galleria, has free underground parking, restaurant, clean rooms with good bathroom and an elevator - so what’s not to like? Highly recommended.

The room was fine, except air was hard to regulate. Also I like to stay at Hilton's because the staff is usually able to provide information as to tours and/or things to do nearby. The only information available at this hotel was in Polish and desk person did not have much information. Constance
