Greit nok, men.....
Bra beliggenhet, god frokost. Romslig rom, men for mørkt. Det som trakk kraftig ned var at det verken var minibar på rommet eller mulig å bestille hverken vått eller tørt etter kl 22. Det fantes både bar, restaurant og konditori i hotellet, man alt var stengt. Det sto i brosjyre at de hadde 24/7 room service, det hadde de ikke. For et 4 stjerners hotell er det for dårlig.

Opplevde vannlekkasje på toalettet. Om de har reparert det nå, vet jeg ikke. Ingen som tok tak i dette når vi ga beskjed. Vi tilbrakte hele kvelden med å vente på hjelp.

Elendig service.
Dette var et hotell som trenger å lære å smile og å være hyggelig. Det var så dyster stemning her at vi måtte spørre om noen var gått bort. Elendig service generelt. Espressomaskinen på rommet fungerte ikke. Den sendte alt vannet på bordet. Vi ringte resepsjonen og sa i fra. Det kom noen og så på den, og det skulle ordnes opp snarlig. Etter 4 purringen fikk vi beskjed av resepsjonen om at «det er bare oss 2 på jobb, det er helg, så vi kan ikke få gjort noe». Hvorpå vi måtte fortelle dem at de bare måtte rydde rommet vårt for vann/kaffesøl til vi kom tilbake. Dette ble gjort, men fikk aldri noen unnskyldning. En av oss snakket polsk, så det var ingen språkproblemer her. Så vi kan dessverre ikke anbefale dette hotellet.

4 days stay in February 2019
Nice hotel in the city center, close to everything. Qiet area. Spacious room, big comfortabel dbl.bed. Working desk. Big screen TV. Good quality Wifi. Nice good spaced toilett and shower. Several kinds of services as wine bar, cafe, restaurant. Breakfast was OK. Didn`t try the Spa or swimmingpool this time, but looking forward to that when I`m back in 3 weeks. Nice staff and personel. Higly recomend this place.

The Rzesow Grand Boutique Hotel
A lovely hotel with many famous international clientele. The were amazing, very professional and helpful. The quality of the hotel was extremely good and the room whilst small was perfect and the bed superbly comfortable. I even got to use the pool and spa located in the basement all by myself. The architecture of the hotel internally is also very good and very interesting with rooms either side of an atrium where two separate buildings were effectively joined together. I enjoyed my stay very much and it terms of the location it could not be any better. In the centre of the city and private parking and all the sights within easy walking distance. I would definitely use the Grand Boutique Hotel again!

We stay regularly at the Grand Hotel Boutique. It is a very good hotel. Excellent location on main square and walking distance to most places. Very friendly service. Great clean pool, sauna, steam room and gym. Never very busy which was a bonus for us. Kids loved the pool and large jacuzzi. While main hotel breakfast wasn't for us, there is a cafe onsite we did use and also lots options within couple mins walk away.

This was a really nice place and located in a great area. The restaurant and bar were great. The only negative was that it was very warm in the room, but that is pretty common in Poland.

It was loud in the evening, there is a night club in the basement. The check-in took long, they had problems processing hotels.com payment, it was stressing. Then the room had two beds instead of one. Besides that, nice breakfast and clean hotel.
