Beautiful, modern and clean hotel!

Not only is the hotel across the street from the train station it is excellent in every way. The front desk was very cordial, restaurant staff pleasant and attentive and the room was very well appointed.

A very comfortable upscale hotel very near the train station in Rzeszów, which was important for us. Very nicely appointed rooms, chic design, and quiet. Comfortable beds, very nice bathrooms. The restaurant downstairs served an excellent breakfast buffet, and is available for dinner, which we took advantage of. Excellent and crowded the evening we were there. I especially liked the white root vegetable soup and vegan cabbage rolls. Front desk staff was very kind and helpful. Thank you for a very pleasant stay.

Place was great . The staff was excellent, friendly and helpful! Room was great ! Only 2 negatives were no Gym ( nice sauna instead) and the coffee was always warm , never hot possibly something wrong with the coffee machines !

We enjoyed our 5-night stay at the B&B Hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and surprisingly quiet, considering its short distance to the railway station and bus terminal; the bathroom had a simple, clean look, and was ok, but we wished the bathroom fittings were upgraded; the staff was very friendly and accommodating; the breakfast options were great - we liked the breakfast for two and tried buffet style breakfast as well (although more expensive than competitors). Unfortunately, there was no option to include breakfast in the room rate. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Hotel BB canceled my reservation, and I had to look for another hotel at 1am in the morning as they didnt have any space left. They said it was bc I didnt confirm; however, I had made a booking, and have never needed to confirm beyond that.

Manager is great! Very attentive and pleasant. Restaurant Chef is talented ( selection for breakfast is wonderful). Restaurant staff can be more proactive greeting guest and presenting the bill but are very pleasant.

Great property near the railway station and with a walking distance to the Old Town. Staff is great, very helpful, professional and eager to assist. Great deluxe rooms in the new part of the hotel. It was cold in the room - 17'C - no heating option. Electric heater in the bathroom - not working. Damaged TV with incorrectly working backlight. The "free mini bar" is a joke - two bottles of tap water, two tiny Prince Polo bars and a pack of salt sticks. The total value of these products at local store is less than 1 Euro.
