Our stay on Lake Dardanelle
We totally enjoyed our stay. We enjoyed the lake and the atmosphere of the house. The house was very comfortable for us to invite family to stop by and have a cookout with some friends. The grandkids enjoyed kyaking on the lake. We definitely would love to come back.

Fish Camp
This was the 40th Year that our family has got together for our annual fish camp. We have stayed in AR, OK, MS, TN, TX & MO. The majority was with a VRBO rental. The rental this year was very nice. Well maintained and very well stocked. Plenty of room for everyone. Having the garage was an added bonus, especiall when it rained. There were however a couple of draw backs. Entry into the house and to move from room to room required going up and down steps which were a taller than most steps. We had a couple of seniors in the group so steps we a little difficuly to navigate. The garage was a bonus, but also a problem. When it rains the water tends to seep into the garage and while we were sitting in the garage one evening because it was raining a sump pump cam on and flooded about half of the garage. Had we know ahead of time of this issue we could of put the drain hose outside and the flooding would not have been so bad. I would go

Wonderful!
Great place to get away without being in the middle of nowhere. House is roomy and the beds were comfortable. We caught several fish from the dock and shore and relaxed on the patio at meal times.

Lovely place to stay for a week!
Four of us came to Russellville for a wedding. Its a long drive from Minnesota, so we decided to stay for a week to enjoy the sights in addition to activities surrounding the wedding. The house worked out great. We had plenty of room for all of us, and it was very comfortable when family stopped by to visit. The house is well equipped, comfortably furnished, and quiet with a peaceful view. We liked the owners photography in several rooms. This is the first time any of us have spent time in Arkansas. We hiked Mount Magazine and Mount Nebo and did some walking on the Bona Dea trails. We enjoyed it all!

Visiting family
My mom is a poor health and we came home for the holidays. I put together a small gathering with her brothers and sisters to have a Christmas dinner and your home was perfect. I love the location and set up as well. I look forward to many more visits home, the pantry was stocked with coffee and anything you would possibly need unlike some VRBO‘s they only supply enough items for the first day or two this place does not. it was just nicely decorated beautiful and peaceful. You will have everything you need.

Fall Road Trip
Stayed a couple of nights while on an Arkansas road trip to see the Fall leaves. The house was quiet and in a beautiful location, the kitchen was well stocked, and the beds were comfortable! The backyard was relaxing especially in the cool and quiet of the morning while enjoying our coffee. The location was perfect for visiting Russellville and Petit Jean SP. our host gave plenty of information on surrounding places to eat and hike. Wish we could have stayed longer!

BW Adventures
Spent a week with friends traveling around NW Arkansas and the location was perfectly centrally located. Nice property with a great scenic surrounding. Owner was extremely easy to work with a quick to respond to any communication. Deer and wildlife being right outside the window was a bonus. Thanks again!

Such a Gem!
My husband & two kids (13 & 8) had a lovely stay. The photos are accurate, it was clean as a whistle, pet friendly, inviting, comfortable in every way. Location was convenient to state parks, town and fishing. Highly recommend!

Relaxing Stay!
The house was cozy and had everything you needed for a relaxing time. We enjoyed watching the baby ducks swimming around and the big old crane that came to visit each day. Very nice place...would like to return in the spring.

Super clean!
Once the lights were repaired in the master bath, we enjoyed our stay. The only other complaint we have is there were only two washcloths and 3 hand towels in the entire house… but we managed well. It was the perfect set up for our group.

Motorcycle Ride 2022
We stayed at this location because of the centralized location for our motorcycle ride. The property had a paved driveway with a carport that was very convenient. Everything was just as listed.

Very clean and relaxing
Perfect place as it was 10 minutes from my son. One downfall is I have a blind shih tzu dog who was trapped in the living room because of the higher step up to the kitchen. We were mostly in the living room so it wasn't that bad. I got some cute pics of him peeking over the step. Catching brim off dock was fun (use worms).. would definitely recommend and would come back.

The perfect lake house
This property was tucked away but convenient to town. The house was spacious and comfortable for 5 adults. We had some wifi issues, but the host was extremely helpful in working through this. The water access is in a quiet cove and is great for fishing and kayaking. Large drive way was accommodating to our party and a large trailer.

Too Early
The only bad part about this trip was the weather. It rained a lot before we got there and ruined the fishing. While we were there tornado sirens went off twice so we shortened the stay by one day.

Great house at a convenient place
The house is located in a quiet neighborhood but close to Russellville city in case you need to buy anything essential. The house is equipped with everything, spacious and clean. There are many trails and outdoor opportunities in a short to an hour drive and that is what we wanted to do so the location for us was perfect. We did not use the kayaks but would love to be back during the summer time and have that experience as well

Family Getaway

Lakefront peace
A very peaceful place to stay, and has all the amenities we needed...a lake view, wifi for kids, pet friendly and easy drive from home. 3 comfortable bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms made for no congestion! Good access to Russellville for any needs, Mt Nebo south for day trips and hikes, or north into the Ozark/St Francis forest. Kayaking was fun and the fishing if you are keen looks good...we just did to pass time. Slight drawback was the traffic to and from power station but that was really only 8am and 5pm...didn't notice it after 2 days. Overall a great place for family stay or friends weekender..or longer. Definitely recommend.

Nice Comfy Home away from Home
This is a great property! Comfortable bedrooms, high-end appliances, well-appointed bathrooms. The owners thought of everything. The location is fabulous! We wanted to hike and went many places. There are 3 state parks we were able to get to in about an hour, the lake right there and an in town park with hiking trails just 5 minutes away. We truly enjoyed our time and will revisit many times in the future.

Family fun
Although it rained every day my family enjoyed our stay. The guys enjoyed fishing from warf and kayaking....even in the drizzle/rain. The home is well kept/cozy and stocked with cleaning supply. We ventured out between rain to visit the park, Petite Jean, and Bear caves. The kids loved it and as we were leaving asked when will we stay there again? Communication with owners was very easy.

Spring break getaway
The lake house was a great home base for our family. We spent our days hiking and exploring Mt Nebo, Mt Magazine, Lake Dardanelle and Petit Jean state parks and evenings fishing off the dock and kayaking. The house games were great for the rainy afternoon too. The whole family enjoyed our time here and didn't want to leave.

Spring break get away
We had an awesome time at this property. It was close to the lake and we could tie our boat to the pier. We enjoyed the fire pit for smores at night. Our 2 men fished for 4 days and caught 60 keeper fish!! The house was well stocked and had everything that we needed. It was close to restaurants and we enjiyrs “fat daddy’s”, “old southern” and “pasta grill” while we were there and enjoyed all of them. We will be renting this place again!! Thanks for sharing your property with us.

Birthday Celebration on the Lake
Absolutely loved our getaway at the Lake House!! We lived in Russellville for 25 years, and have since moved to Tennessee. Raised our children here while my husband worked at ANO. Who knew such a relaxing, serene property was waiting for us to return and reminisce. We met up with our adult children for a family birthday celebration. We are kayakers, and loved using your kayaks on the lake, and hiking at Mt. Magazine. Everything was provided for us, and so convenient and secluded. You'll love this house, and we'll definitely return!

Great getaway
I stayed here as a change of scenery trip during the pandemic shut down. I worked during the days, enjoying the views and all the natural light from the large windows. It was clean, very comfortable and very well stocked. This is a great rental for families, friends or fishermen. I enjoyed being right on the lake and watching the boats. I will be looking to return for sure!

Great Escape
After the first wet, cold, wintery day kept us inside, we decided that our getaway long weekend would be just that! We enjoyed everything that this getaway offered us. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our food. Playing games at the dining table with a view of the lake kept us entertained. We enjoyed the comfort of the living area while watching movies. The sleeping/bath accommodations were some of the best that I've experienced through this type of rental. Would definitely consider returning for another visit!
